Rating this location a two simply because of price and food poisoning. I do not remember the cost of lunch being that high almost three years ago which was the last time my family and I ate here. Also I’m certain the food was undercooked. The cooks didn’t mix the food well so everything could be cooked evenly. However, the waitress was sweet and attentive. The food and sauces were fully stocked. The bar was clean.
Come hungry, leave full. It's a "make your own bowl" kinda place. You select what you want and they grill it right there for you. They also offer drinks, desserts, and appetizers. You can fill your bowl as many times as you like (fresh bowl each time, please) but you cannot have a "doggie bag". I found it a nice place for lunch and will probably make it a regular restaurant to visit.
The staff was great. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. It's neat to watch them cook your food and watch the huge fire when they clean the grill. I do wish they had more kid friendly options on the buffet side. Other than that no complaints!
The raw meat & veggie bars along with the sauces are fresh, fresh, fresh! They continuously restock & tidy up. I never feel "safe" at buffets, but I do here. Our waitress was quick to refill drinks, rice and hot oil. Love this place!
So we normally love coming to this location but tonight we were rather disappointed. The service bar was cross contaminated in multiple spots, the floor was rather dirty and not up kept around the service area. The server for the table checked up twice. The first time missed a drink refill after repeating the order back. The second time completely took the cups back and order for refill. Took the cups and never returned with them. It took roughly 20 minutes from asking for the check to receive and process the order. We asked for it twice. I took my daughter to the restroom. Which was dirty. And a waitress put up her hair we followed her out and she put food back into the service bin with her hands after NOT WASHING!
This place is so good! Family friendly, good environment, great noodles, awesome variety. We really enjoyed the experience. The waitress was really nice too. Totally recommended.
It literally is what you make it. Quality food cooked to perfection. You pick your meats, veggies, starches, sauces, etc. And it is all you can eat at a reasonable price. Excellent staff too!! We will be going back!
I've always had excellent service here, the grillers are always very nice, the food area is constantly kept clean and the price is very reasonable. A fun place to eat with friends or go on a fun little date!
Not a great experience this time so far. The hostess is surly. Did not greet us, acted like she does not want to be here, and is inconvenienced by us coming in. Good to see the buffet is open again.
I just had the most difficult time in trying to place an order from the menu for pick up. I first spoke to a lady who had no clue them to Franco who was clueless also until I asked him if he had no items in his menu that I could order. I have order several times before and it was no problem. Then the light went off in their heads. Oh yes, what can I get for you he asks me, I was giving him the order then out of no where he says, I’m sorry I can’t place the order. What, you just asked me what I wanted, sorry we can’t take payment over the phone, I said fine I will go in to pay for it once I get there. Umm no we can’t, what do you mean I’m on my way right now and it was still a no. How very unprofessional, uneducated and unprepared to provide such service. I will no longer patronize your restaurant. And I hope no one else will also.
