Go inside if you haven't already! There's little sample cups attached to the side of the ice machines, and those samples are free. Every tea is clearly marked. There are sweet and unsweet options. Inside is self service - you pick the cup size, how much ice, and which tea (or tea combo) you want. Then you can add complimentary citrus or a little cup of (inexpensive) fruit. I'm in love with this concept, and any time I'm walking around somewhere with an HTeaO cup someone will comment to me about how much they live this place. I've brought two people here who both loved the inside experience. There's a drive thru, and I've never seen it very busy, but I'm sure that depends on the time of day. They sell a small selection of snacks and candy, bagged tea leaves and coffee beans, different types of water bottles, and tons of different Yeti products.

The horchata iced coffee/latte is absolutely delicious!! They can even make it with almond or oat milk! I got almond milk.

My son prefers to go inside because you can play around with the flavors and make your own signature tea. He conjures up something different every time we go and I have to say his raspberry, peach tea with a splash of mint is my fave at the moment.

They have little paper cups for you to try the different teas before your purchase. Ended up stopping by during their happy hour. They have a pretty good size selection and you can even mix them. They also have a "cheat sheet" of the combinations you can create with their teas. You can also add fruit to your teas (small extra cost) or some Limes, lemons, oranges (and those are free). They also have some teas already packaged in a gallon for you to take home. They have other snack items which I didn't try but them during the first visit. Oh. They also have a rewards app so you can start earning points for free drinks!
