Don’t eat here go down the street to Whataburger. Was told 15 min waited for 45min only to get burnt burgers. Ordered a number 2 and 4 if you zoom in you might be able to see the bacon.
I have taken my kids to eat here and few times , and the food is always pretty good ...However, when we went to dine in last night, ..our dining experience was exceptional!....The employee named Michaela was so very kind , and very helpful with all the menu items ...and even brought our food out to the table for us ....So many young people nowadays are just so indifferent about their jobs ,...that is was so refreshing to interact with an employee that goes above and beyond !...She's a definite asset to the company !...Thank You ?
All the bad reviews on here are pretty spot on. The burger is very average tasting. The bun tasted like it was straight out of the bag, not toasted or anything. Milkshake is like any other milkshake. Just average.
Do not recommend. "Mildred M" kept yelling that she couldn't hear me on the speaker so I had to keep repeating my order. Then asked if I wanted everything on the burger I said no onions. She said I didn't say onions! Then I waited 12 minutes to get my over salted and peppered burger with mustard everywhere but the burger. Awful burger.
Delicious! It was exactly what I wanted, a juicy double with bacon, tots and an open milkshake. Even though we had to wait to due short staff I didn't mind because the food was perfect and the service was amazing. Two people were working the dining room, drive through cooking and serving with a smile on their face.
Went through the drive through and ordered $30 worth of food for family lunch. When I got to the apartment, my order was incorrect and missing item.When I called, I was given an apology and told that they would replace the order.When I arrived to take the offer up, I was granted by a rude manager who sternly told me she'd replace one item, after hearing what happened.Originally it wasn't a big deal.it Being told to one thing and treated badly for returning for it is what the review is for.Eating inside is better than drive thru.The food is still good. Just had a bad time with that person and drive thru. ?
Y'all, this place is good! I previously rated them at a 4, but this place really earns its 5 stars. My fiance and I tried their fried chicken sandwich. It was perfectly seasoned, freshly made, and (dare I type it) better than Chick-Fil-A's version.Oh! I almost forgot. I got my fries and my fiance's tater tots crispy.
The food is awesome and the ladies in here are the FRIENDLIEST bunch of girls. I don't mind the wait either because they're making real food back there. Also, they always ooh and awe over my dog❤️
The experience was not the best. After receiving the food cold. Having to wait until staff returned from the prep line eating their meal to wait for our meal to be fixed the proper way. Just to receive cold food and to order a chili cheese dog and for it to look like this ?. Never again. After seeing all the one star reviews I can believe the bad service. This was just ridiculous, and upsetting to say the least. Merry Christmas, I must have been on the naughty list to receive a hotdog like this.
Phenomenal service, the cashier was super sweet and helpful. Hamburgers and fries were hot, fresh and tasted amazing! Definitely will be coming back. ?
