Order a burger and chicken nuggets. The burger was cooked for 20 mins, completely over cooked. The chili tastes like it was in a crockpot all day. The nuggets were good. I got a combo but it didn't include fries. Floor was sticky and I almost lost my sandle to the floor. Seats looked like they only been wiped down briefly in their entire existence. The shift was understaffed and over burdened. I probably won't be back.
Had a father son lunch lunch here. Was very pleased with the experience we had eaten from another location a while back but only take out. So was nice to try it out inside. Clean place, Good food, respectable service. Will be back with the family.
Found this spot and it has instantly been my new favorite to go place! With an hour lunch I hate being around people. This place is quiet and comfortable to enjoy some quick burgers. Price is decent too!

First time here. The hamburger & fries were pretty good. No I won’t be back. The attitude of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. I felt I was bothering them. I changed my order before paying and she really didn’t like that. Maybe she was having a bad day. You never know .. that being said I’ll drive the extra mile to Whataburger where they always make me feel welcome.
On my receipt it says my server was Joey H. Well whoever the girl was who took my order was not very professional and not very nice. Most of the time she didn’t even look at me as I was asking questions and her taking my order. The food was all right however I paid for a large and I got a small and the burger had two tiny pieces of bacon on it. And the number four should have double bacon. My only big problem is with the young female server. She was not very nice and difficult to deal with and make me feel uncomfortable being in the store. If I ever come back it will most certainly be through the drive-through but I doubt I will come back
BEST customer service!! I ordered my meal in the drive thru. When I got my receipt, I confirmed the details of my order. We noticed a mishap occurred in my order. That's when the guy who took my order, Christian, actively showed me he cared about me as a person. He insisted that he wanted to fix the order to be exactly the way I ordered it. He did this with a positive attitude and accomplished his goal in a short, timely manner.Hometown Burger, my experience with your staff is exactly what I long for in a restaurant. Wish I could give this place a 5 stars. The food has been great, value is good, and customer service has been ok. The wait in drive thru just seems to get worse though. It was only 2 cars in front of me and when I arrived I was sitting at the speaker/mic for 20 minutes before I could order. It took a total of 30 minutes to get my food, I have no idea what takes so long, only two cars in front of me and the restaurant was empty.
2nd time in a row we go and NO SHAKES! Last time we went early, about 11:45 am, and they said they had started the ice cream machine late and it wasn't ready. Today we went by at 8:45pm and they said they had sold out ...?♂️ Also, Buffalo chicken sandwiches are NO BUENO! Bun falls apart and breading slides off chicken and sticks to bread creating quite a challenge to eat. Onion rings were not seasoned and breading is heavy and thick. Stick with burgers and fries.
When Hometown Burger first opened they were our favorite burger joint in our area. Unfortunately, over the last year or so, the quality and consistency has gone down significantly. It seems like every time we go there is a whole new crew, and we have left very disappointed the last 4 or 5 visits. I used to recommend this place to all our friends, but that is no longer the case. Hopefully the owners will step in and figure out how to make this place as good as it once was.
