Generally pretty good, and they gave me a great deal to stay. Free breakfast is good. Only real complaint is moldy/ musty smell coming from the AC in the rooms.
We could not be any happier with our experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and cool and they smell good. This is clearly a new hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable with perfect firmness. The pillows are also wonderful and they give you four pillows per bed. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the rooms with green Mountain coffee. So that was perfect for a picky coffee drinker. I was very impressed with the options for breakfast, Probably the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
Absolutely loved this place!! Staff is extremely helpful and have incredible service. Breakfast was delicious, and the amenities offered were great!Gym: perfectly maintained and has everything you need. Got a 1-1/2 hr session everyday and loved it!Pool/Jacuzzi: hours are perfect and have safety rules posted everywhere.Patio/Seating Area: Outdoor seating area with lounge chairs and tables. Spent every night out here gazing at the city lights. Peaceful and mesmerizing views.Breakfast: DEFINITELY OVERWHELMED!! Omelettes, turkey/pork sausages, pancakes, cinnamon buns, cereal, coffee, orange juice, water, and much more!! Hours give you enough time to sleep in a bit and get something to eat.Surrounding area: Two amazing restaurants and a movie theater right across the street.THIS MADE MY TRIP TO SAN ANTONIO WORTH IT !!!!! Pleasantly surprised. Staff was very courteous. Room was cold. Nice sheets and pillows. Some signs of wear have made it through the obvious recent refresh. Breakfast was great with pancakes, cheese omelet, sausage and good coffee. Couldn't ask for much more at.this price.
If your looking for work in housekeeping . Unless u have no experience and Mexican u probably hv a shot . Oh and u must speak Spanish... I was there half day when I couldn't take it anymore from the "Head housekeeper" I tried to explain that every where you go it's different work wise there's more but have to cut it there . Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Oh my goodness. The bed was perfect for a person with back issues. A firm pillow top.The breakfast wonderful too. I could have stayed another night.
Rooms have real strong mildew smell. Elevator s NOT working( have to use stair way). Breakfast- NOT GOOD AT ALL and Cold.NOT worth what we paid! Not even worth 50 $.Do NOT stay here.
I normally love to stay at this holiday because of the device and the inside pool, plus it’s close to the restaurants and the cinema. Not sure if management was changed or what the problemIs but Pool was out of order but mainly was the front desk. I called this morning to inquired about staying longer and the response I got was not what I was expecting. I called to have a late check out so they gave me until one after I told them they always extended for me even to 2 and questioned me about how many people was going to be in the room. I reserved 3 rooms for me one checked out a day earlier and the other two was a 2 bedroom suite with 2q/1k and a 1king additions for my other daughter. So I went to eat I dame at 12.05 and my room was locked checked out by Ray (rey older Hispanic guy, I’m assuming he is the manager) so I have to ask the cleaning lady to open it for me. Soon after the phone in the room ringed twice I pick up, Ray again making sure if I was already leaving. I hold myself from telling him something. Not sure if it was manager but his lock of customer service will keep meMy family, friends or clients staying at that location.Very disappointing.
BED BUGS!!!Don’t come here!! I woke up itching and at night I saw a bed bug! The overall experience was terrible to begin with. The first room had stains on the sheets (looked like dried blood and urine) we asked to move and we did. The next room we stayed at had bed bugs. They never clean and the bathroom floors were dirty, like actually dirt. The second room’s AC only worked when the temp is at 60°F. Apparently the AC only works when the temp is lower than outside????(this was told by the front desk). Overall save your money and don’t come here!!! If you ask me it seems like the employees don’t want to work at all, including the manager. We didn’t even get to see him throughout our entire stay (we stayed for 3 nights, planned for 4)
