Our server was excellent. We enjoyed our meal and experience.

The restaurant was busy, but we were able to get table. We say out on the Riverwalk, which was a little loud, but it was not an issue for us. The server had a great personality and a great attitude, but the service was a little slow. As I said though, the restaurant was busy, so the delays were understandable. We had a great experience and would recommend Hard Rock San Antonio to anyone.
Food wasn't very warm, had the shrimp appetizer and a burger. Shrimp was ok, Burger wasn't that good. Ate there for the name, dissapointed with the food. Waitress was great.
I recommend the âCowboy Ribeye Steakâ,it was delicious,tender and very satisfying. The staff was attentive and friendlyâ¦even though the Restaurant was busy and jumping.My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselvesâ¦we will return for more.
Steak was so juicy!! Drinks made were very good! Daisy did a great job!! We sat at the bar to eat and she was super nice and talkative. Hard Rock Cafe at the Riverwalk. Come see Daisy she’s awesome! Tip her god!
We sat down at 11:30 and didnât eat until closer to one. They were out of several items. It took over an hour to get our food, some items took longer. Our server disappeared for about 30 minutes. We waited a long time for drinks. We heard a server tell another table that he wasnât sure how long theyâd been waiting because he was inside with managers up his butt. Kind thinking if managers spent more time up everyoneâs butts it would probably be a better experience.
Asked for a private table, but go seated right by the stairs with the waiting area so we had people running past our table all night long. The waitress kept hitting on my date all night long calling names of endearment. (Love, Babe, Honey.) Then when the food arrived, the steak was it was undercooked and the green beans where not cooked at all.. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando Florida and it was a magical time. With staff that took their jobs seriously. Will not be coming back to the Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio.
