Let me begin by saying I don't live full time in Texas where this chain is located. So I love this store. While not all are superstores, therefore having clothes, jewelry, in house pizza among other items, all have good produce, ready made meals to cook at home along with beer, wine, bakery, fresh seafood. Choices are abundant. Wish we had it where I come from.

Super packed, but that’s every H-E-B.Always empty on items. Can never get my full grocery list here.Fruits and veggies are great here though I will say.

I was asked to remove my puppy from the basket, which had a blanket on the bottom to protect her. If I couldn’t put her on a leash, which I didn’t bring since it’s not needed, then I would be asked to leave. It was for “Health Reasons” which was not explained to me. Keep in mind, we’re currently in a virus pandemic and the baskets should each be sanitized after use. Alas, my 4 month old puppy was a “Health” concern. I’ve seen a series of people sneeze into their hands and proceed to touch exposed produce such as tomatoes. Yet they were not asked to leave or improve their hygiene for “health reasons”.HEB, train your employees on what “Health Reasons” are so they can explain to your customers.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a good selection. I'd give 5 stars, but they seem to have a problem ever stocking enough Starbucks Doubleshot small cans, and didn't ever stock the Doctor Live Soda, which this is Texas. Your buyer needs to start thinking like a texan.

Thus used to be one of the best......First off my daughters father is deaf and disabled and many employees are extremely rude to him! He’s deaf not blind he can read lips and see their faces when they roll their eyes at him or even walk away.He can read everything your saying when you talk about him to the employee next to you!Now all the meat is either gone or not fresh, produce especially the juices I just don’t buy anymore or things are out!Freezer section everything is always out! No ore-Ida anythingNo kids school snacks order more people you have a school across the street and several schools in the area!No rice no pasta latelyI don’t buy the heavenly delight cake anymore because the fruit on top look old.I called once after my daughter threw up after an old cannoli so I have to taste everything before I give it to her! I called them told them the cannoli was sour and turned she said ok thank you and hung up.Big holes on shelves all over.I asked about a product several times they said we don’t carry that anymore and a week later it was on the shelf.I have to get my daughters lunchmeat shaved at 2 other Heb near my mothers house because Leon springs is too lazy to do it or flat out refuse! My daughters sausage is either out of stock or looks old when I find it.I go to Alon HEB Stone Oak or the one on 1604 &I have to get there first thing in the morning when they open to get anything they obviously can’t handle the areas they serve. And it’s not the suppliers or any other excuse they dish out because the other 4 HEB I go to are stocked and fresh. We need one in Fair Oaks!Oh and please get more race car shopping carts these 3 areas around you are full of children.

I always go to HEB for our groceries. Very friendly staff and decent selection. However, there is not as wide a selection as I would like. Not a grate place for speciality items. Over all though, the products that they do carry are high quality. On a more personal note, The family restroom needed to be cleaned but that was the only cleanliness issue I noticed.

Used to love it, two days ago my family got VERY SICK due to the NON fresh and TERRIBLE QUALITY bread from its bakery. We’d been throwing up the whole night after eating it and we are still in SEVERE PAIN (two days after) due to whoever knows what inside this bread. I called the store to let them know how we felt and the manager told if I can come for a REFUND!!!! Of course I said I was not interested in the 3.48 refund but to let them know their quality procedures are non existent… please if you could avoid buying H‑E‑B products do so, this was our worst experience with poisoned food.

Lots of electric carts for the mobility impaired. This location is in an outdoor mall type with many small business nearby. Very nice inside and full shelves. The staff is helpful and observent enough to see if you are in need of assistance. All in all a very good experience.

Went to this HEB location over the weekend. As I made my way thru the store I found myself confronted several times with employees attempting to disprove 2 objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time. While I apologized, they did not reciprocate.Other HEB locations have employees that ask if assistance is needed, but not here.Plus, this HEB did not have much in the way of variety.Once is enough for me at this store location. There are other HEB grocery stores where the employees are considerate of shoppers. One the positive observation is the cleanliness of the store.
