I ordered a dozen cupcakes the day before they were needed. These cupcakes were a good solution for my family with diverse flavor preferences. Reports were that they all tasted great. The gluten free ones were delicious, too. I had called ahead to ask for a tote to carry the box of cupcakes in, but when my husband got home, he said it wasn't offered. I know that's a quick fix and it doesn't detract from the quality of the cupcakes.
I did not appreciate the customer service at all and I would just kind of think with the weather being warm and the AC not being very cold in your facility that the cupcakes along with a bunch of other products wouldn't be just sitting in a box on the counter. Along with that the customer service was very short with us I almost felt like I was bothering her by coming into the store as a customer that had already made a purchase. She had asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes instead of grabbing the gray bags which seem to be the same size bags she grabbed me a pink one when this is for my boys 5th birthday and I had asked her kindly because this is my boys 5th birthday if I could get a gray bag and she said those aren't available very short and quick with me I just didn't appreciate that experience and I will be sure in the future tonight do business with your store and I will bring my business to a local Mom and Pop good luck
They sale old spoiled cupcakes! I usually go to smallcakes but we didn't feel like driving that far so we decided to try Gigi's uuughhh,these cupcakes should have been thrown out days ago. They had that old spoiled cake smell and taste, had to brush my teeth after attempting to eat em to get the taste out of my mouth. Even the kids didn't eat em. I am shocked they are in business selling spoiled food! They looked so pretty but we're days past good. Whoever owns this location is being cheap not getting rid of leftover cupcakes and still selling them. I want my $ back!!
I requested a cake about a week in advance which was very convenient, very friendly staff but the cake was more icing than anything and the woody head fell off as soon as I arrived home. I did follow the instructions given (take the cake out of the refrigerator 1 hour prior to consumption) but the cake was still hard.. tasted extremely funny. I wanted to love it so bad but overall I just loved the presentation. Flavor was horrible.
We love the sweet treats they have to offer and even vegan friendly. We confirmed our orders week prior for my sons birthday and was even promised 4 specific cup cakes would be available for our pick up on Friday., but wasn’t the case. When we picked our birthday order up, I was informed the order could not be completed.A phone call would have been nice ahead of toime just to let us know our order could not be completed.
I bought the high-priced cupcake today and it tasted like it's been on their shelf for 5 days! Had I tasted it before offering it to my kids I would have thrown it away. It tasted horrible and I would never patronize this business again!
This is my favorite cupcake shop in San Antonio! The team members who work there are very friendly and organized, the store is very clean and well-laid-out. The cupcakes are phenomenal! They are moist and have the best flavor!
Gigi’s always come thru with these delicious tasty treats. I called a couple of hours before picking up and chose two bday cupcakes for my daughter and told them they were for her bday and they put these cute little birthday pick in them. Ty Gigi’s
