The restaurant is super hot, no working A/C.Their ice machine was broken so restaurant had no ice for a cold drink.Place was dirty.Customer service was really bad.People were not friendy, specifically the manager. We ordered food and only one of us got it, the rest if us waited 20 more minutes for our food, lame excuse was that there was "only" one cook for the few customers there (!?).Food was not so bad,After this experience I am not coming back to this place. I would have given them 0 stars but google requests at least 1 star.

The A/C was broken the staff said the owner doesn't like to spend money fixing things. ?They had 4 tables open and closed off the rest of the restaurant. When we asked to move to creat some distance from other guests they told us no because the manager wants to keep it closed off.The staff did not come ro the table to see if we needed anything. We had to go to them for salt and pepper and drink refills. The food its self was OK.Not worth our time to return

Pricier than the competition and not all you can eat. Nothing was wrong here, but nothing stood out either. Good place, had a good time. But definitely not a favorite for Mongolian grills. I wouldn't mind going again, but it's just missing the oomph needed to be the first choice.

Food and drinks were unbelievable, as well as the service. Our waitress Leslie was amazing and so sweet! My fiance and I will be coming back here. It is healthy as long as you make the right choices. There's a giant selection of meats, veggies, and sauces.

We had a great experience today. Our server, Diego, was very helpful and friendly. He as well as the other staff helped us navigate the grill process. A couple of us didn't put the sauce in the cup but the grill workers just told them what to do being friendly about it, unlike the other review that said they had an attitude. We had a great time, the food was good, and the staff were all friendly. We will definitely be back!!!! Oh, and military discount is always a plus.

Every Mongolian grill I've been to previously was all-you-can-eat. This place had restricted portions, a host of rules to follow and very awkward and difficult to use self-service facilities. The trays don't fit on the counter for preparing your food, so you are forced to hold the tray against the counter to keep it from falling off, while ducking under a sneeze guard to reach three feet across the counter to pour sauce into a cup the size of a thimble from a ladle the size of a shovel. It's really difficult to do.The ambiance is horrible. A section is blocked off with upside down chairs and filled with opened boxes. There are holes in the ceiling and annoying country music fills any gaps in conversation. I also watched an employee pick up spilled food from the counter and literally throw it back in the food service containers. The resulting meal was good although the portions did not fill the bowl sizes that we chose. Prices were about what you'd pay at an all-you-can-eat grill that has less rules and restrictions and allows you to create the meal that you want.

Horrible service. Went in and was told by server she was the only one working and she would be with us when she could. Went to Hu Hot instead.

Food is delicious, great service, prices are decent, not a long wait, overall I do love, and recommend this place.

The staff welcome me as a family member. Adriana gentle asked me what I wanted because I was not sure. She guide me through the menu. This was my first time and I really would go back to this location. The chefs were great ??

Sally was awesome. So nice and the food is always great. Can customize to your own liking ?
