my first time eating at Frida’s. The service was great , the food was good. The portions were generous and the restaurant is really pretty. Good experience overall!

Really good food - drinks not so much - They were having problems with having enough staff like every other restaurant on earth. I wasn't wild about the spicy margarita that tasted like really mild cucumber juice. I was wanting the drink to be spicy. We went with a large group, also, which can be hard for staffing. I would go again, but I'm not in SA very much.

We absolutely love Frida. The food is spectacular, e we specially the cauliflower! However, we only go here for the food because the drinks need work. We have been coming to Freda for several years and still order cocktails every now and then just to see if they’ve improved any. The cocktails have very little to no alcohol. If this restaurant had the Chispas for drinks that El Mirasol has, we’d go every single week and make happy hour a regular thing.

Overall experience was not good. Reviews on opentable were not an accurate reflection of our dinner at Fridas. Food was okay and the server was fine, but prices were inordinately high (overpriced for what we were served) and restaurant had a strange odor. Not pleasant.

Food was delicious, service was spectacular. I cant say enough good things about it!

Very understaff, cold food, will not be returning.

The food and service was excellent.

Service sucks and food is nasty

The food and the service was outstanding.

The taco’s were good but portions were small for $26 they give you 3, no salsa provided. We ordered the shrimp ceviche as an appetizer and it too was a small portion that was extremely bitter from sitting in the lime too long. We had to request Chalula as it wasn’t provided. The atmosphere is beautiful and the drinks are VERY good, the service was exceptional. We were charged a liquor tax on top of our regular tax that was already charged. Seemed odd. We’re not from San Antonio and it was our first time there. We had the churros and elote cake for dessert which were good, the presentation for the churros was cute. Overall I would recommend going for the experience.
