I normally enjoy Freddy's a lot....however this location is just gross. The booth I sat in (only one left) was dirty, obviously no one's come out to wipe down. The lady replaced the napkins after setting the napkins on the dirty puck up counter. There was no straws for guest to access, little to no ice. The tea was not sweet at all. The floors where dirty as all get up, same with the bathroom. The kids working seemed to just be going through the motions at front. The back seemed to be keeping up with what they needed to be doing. The dessert screen was broken so I had no idea what kind of dessert I wanted other than other promotional photos around the store. The food however was good and hot. Fries nice and crispy personally I like a little extra seasoning but they where still good. When I asked for straws from the pick up window, the guy was kind and quickly grabbed some from the drive thru windows stock to give me.

Food was good. Prices are too high. This restaurant was a bit dirty. Restroom was dirty. Lobby floor was dirty. There was only one lady cleaning tables and picking up trash. There was no ice. And I was there for 45 min. And noone fill up the ice machine. There was no sweet tea. And in 45 min. noone refill the container. Only one cashier for a big line. I attached pics.

Last time I came to Freddy's Frozen Custard I was let down by the lack of content. I ordered a turtle custard and it was no where near what it used to be barely anything in it, hardly even knew it was a turtle fudge!First time I ever went to a Freddy's was in another state and it was an hour from my house. I love the custard so much I would drive an hour just to have one and it never ever once disappointed. Now I have to report to you Freddy's (at the I-H 10 location, not all locations) -- you've got some serious competition with Andy's. They loaded up my turtle fudge and it was way more bang for my buck. Better step up your game. Now that is content you can see and the gal at the window was a sweetheart!I might be back to check on Freddy's again in the future to see if drive-thru attitude has improved and content is back up to par.

First off, I love Freddy’s and their food. The service at this location sucked. The girl that appeared to be in charge with her playboy necklace needs to work on her customer service skills. She was rude to the older ladies in front of me rolling her eyes as she made mistakes trying to be to fast. She then did the same thing with me getting visually irritated as I had to repeat myself multiple times. She wouldn’t have a job without the customer so either pick up your game or find a new line of work. Dirty tables and of course after all of this then they were out of Freddy sauce. Just a poor experience all around.

Place went downhill. I normally love it but since they've kept the dining area closed everyone has gotten lazy. The burger looks like it was put together by Stevie Wonder, drive thru attendant had no idea what I was ordering and it was a big fiasco. Something crunchy and powdery was in my drink cup felt like a pill, we'll see. Sad but will never return to this location.

I ordered a Small chocolate shake with the kids Hot Dog meal. Hot dog was outstanding in size the fries were yummy. They were like shoestring fries. The patty melt was disappointing they automatically cut your sandwich into whatever I can deal with that however one of the patties look like it was half gone on one of the halves. The patties appear to be super thin there's hardly any cheese and hardly any grilled onions. To be a food critic here but come on $18 for this smh. Not filling at all way overpriced... Hey I add the customer service was not great at all. Felt very rushed at the drive-thru and at the window I had explained it was my first time she didn't smile nothing just close the window. After about 5 or 6 minutes she finally opened up the door with a hand me the food. Rude.

The custard is denser and silkier than ice cream. If you don't mind a wait, it is worth it.

I generally like Freddy’s, but this location is terrible. It’s been twice in a row the manager said “we’re closing the lobby early” for being understaffed and they gave no reason the second time. Their food is nowhere near as good as the other locations and their customer service is borderline, as well. I almost never leave reviews and try to refrain from negative ones. I gave them another chance thinking it was just that night, but it happened again. It is unfortunate because this used to be a good location.

Very disappointing experience. We were the 1st customers of the day.Trash cans half full.Area around drink machine wet and dirty.Tables smudged and sticky looking.Boothes askew.Pepsi machine was spirting foam, asked employee for help. She suggested I try the other Pepsi spout. I told her I had already. Her reply was, " then I don't know what the problem is".And to cap off the experience, I found a long brown hair in my hamburger on the 3rd bite. Yuck!I realize there are problems getting people to work now. But I counted 4 or 5 people behind the counter. We've enjoyed Freedies in the past. But this one is Off MY LIST!

It was my first time trying Freddy's, had a fellow texan say it was better than whataburger, so my hopes were high going in. Got there and the lady was super rude and very short and rushy, probs won't go back, food was meh, over priced in n out for lesser quality of food
