We got concretes, which are their frozen custard with mix-ins. Mine was a PB&C, my husband's was a Chocolate Brownie Delight. This was my first concrete, or indeed any of their frozen custard desserts. Wow! The custard stands on its own, and next time - and there WILL be a next time - I'll get some by itself. It's wonderful. It's different to either ice cream or frozen yogurt, and worth seeking out. It's a creamier mouth feel than even high end ice cream. However they do it, I'm a fan!
It was 8:40 on a Friday night and they were out of custards. It’s literally in your name. Frozen Custard!!! They probably already cleaned the machine and didn’t want to serve any more.
The food is okay, fries were over cooked, onion rings almost burnt. My family has eaten here a couple of times for take out. Our first time dining in, the place was dirty. Out of all the tables, only one was clean enough to sit at. Its not the customers job to clean the tables. The entire time we were there not one person came out to tend to the lobby or the customers. No service! No thank you!
First meal there. I will tell you the burger was very good but how do you have a steak burger but serve it with shoestring fries. So disappointed. They would have received a higher than 3 stars had they served steak fries. Hey don't hate, I judge the entire meal, the burger is worth it just the fries ? not so much.
Dinning room is closed w a sign short of staf. Only drive thru. The fryers are not working so there is not french frys. Hamburger meat dripping grease and smell bad. -- sadly freddys is going down
Being the first time going there the burgers were good the fries were small don't drink the Dr pepper there tasted more like mineral water rather than the drink but it's ok not awesome like i was told but ok
Waited 45 minutes for food. When we were ordering, we were stopped and told to hold on twice, and just waited for the person to come back to take our order. We finally got our food went home, only to realize we were missing a burger. We only ordered 2 meals, and they managed to forget 1 of the 2. Hadn't been here before and was looking forward to trying. Very bummed. Will not be going back.
I entered and ordered a burger California style and they gave me an entirely different burger they threw it away, they offered to correct my order and they did the same thing and gave me a different burger that wasn't what I ordered (this occurred 3 times). I wasn't sure what the problem was to make a simple burger California style. And finally they threw away 3 burgers and I left without eating.
I made a brief stop at their drive thru to get one of their delicious Hawaiian sundaes, and boy was I glad! It was refreshing and delicious.
We stopped in today and went through the drive thru to order 3 combo meals. All 3 of the bacon cheese burgers were extremely salty, not at all the quality that we accustomed to at other Freddy's. We will never go back to this location/branch again.
