To the two women running the front register and custard orders today around 2pm. I understand you believe you called our number for our concrete and two cone order but you didn't. You even made sure to back each other up while you were still wrong. (BTW you gave me a Sunday and two cones and were still wrong)There was another customer calling you out for not calling the correct number so this isn't just me nitpicking.It is very bad service when you choose to argue with your customer versus just making it right which is what I politely asked you to do and you begrudgingly did.I get service industry may not be your life dream but you have a duty to perform in this role. If you don't like it then please find other work elsewhere.I had hoped to reserve this review knowing the service industry is having a rough time in this environment. This is merely a reminder to anyone visiting. You may crave the food but you may also have to work harder with the service to get it.Good luck.
This location on San Pedro not so good. Didn’t complete my order as requested. Food is cold, out of Hawaiin delight. Tables where dirty I had to ask for sanitizer myself and the staff didn’t offer to clean table for me. Come on people it’s part of job to keep tables clean and sanitized for dine in. So if you go eat at this location MAKE SURE YOUR TABLE US CLEANED.
Hello, so I want to let everyone know that this Freddy's is understaffed and 15 year Olds are working there. So when your order is taking a long time or it's wrong, know that there was only 3 workers yesterday. Manager and two 15 year Olds. I've seen grown adults confront these children because they didn't give them enough napkins or they their shake took a long time to make. The whole fast food industry is understaffed since the pandemic. The kids running this place are overwhelmed so please have patience or go somewhere else. I've never seen so many disrespectful ADULTS!!!!! This is supposed to be a better part of town and these are the rudest people I have ever seen.
I love eating here but this location seems to be going through training with their employees because it was very busy and took longer than usual to get a waffle cone with one scoop of custard. I did notice while everyone was very kind and courteous they were training individuals too. It was a little messy but it was also lunch rush hour on top of it all.While my order was wrong, it was fixed immediately and with a smile.I appreciate all individuals who work in the service industry and applaud their efforts.
Food is great but this is my least favorite Freddy’s. First time I showed up; the lobby was closed an hour prior to the time they closed. No sign or indication if the drive through was open while the staff inside just ignored us on their phone. The second visit was during lunch hours so the lobby was open and food didn’t disappoint, just the service.
Great food. The service is horrible. It's always a bunch of people that are very slow in dining and through drive-thru. I have once waited about 30 minutes for food inside. My in-laws waited 50 minutes one time in the drive-thru. I have let it go for a few years but now I really am fed up especially after hearing that my in-laws have the exact same experience.
Just stop by the location at 745 pm and it seemed to be open and had people ordering food, and dinning in. There were signs on both doors saying lobby was closed. When I asked why the doors said the lobby was closed, I got a smart mouth response from one of the employees " the lobby is closed"! Clearly not the case and whoever trains the employees did a horrible job.
For being understaffed, the crew did a great job trying to work on getting the 10 cars through while we were there. Unfortunately, due to the dinner rush and being understaffed, we were missing some things from our order.
Delicious and fresh! I would recommend everything we've ever gotten from Freddy's. Custard is delightful, but the burgers are to die for. This location specifically had amazing service. The gentleman helped make my burger perfect by suggesting an addition.The fried pickles are great. Fry sauce is delicious.
To be charged over $6 for a Burger alone. Then I had a jerk with no customer skills at the drive thru. Not one word was spoken the whole transaction, only from me. I then got the hamburger back home. I could not even digest it. I am trying to get my appetite back after illness. This used to be my favorite fast food place, but not anymore.
