Restaurant is unable to fulfill multiple orders be aware always check food when going through the drive thru 90% chance it's wrong or missing complete meals and be ready to wait at least 45min for the food and dont call the restaurant they never answer. I ordered a bunless burger on a lettuce wrap and when I opened it SURPRISE worst lettuce I have ever seen
I have tried for door dash delivery 3 times in a row with this store. They have consistently missed cheese curds in my order. Is no one working there bothering to read the order details? Ofcourse when I try to call the number listed online its "not available."Tldr. Food can be awesome, but severe lack of attention to details, customer support nonexistent.
It wasnt great for the price. My patty melt didnt have onions on it, my bread was buttered but not toasted, my fries were old and cold, they forgot my side of mayo and it took forever. The big red was good tho.
My 1st time ordering here. The cashier was EXTREMELY helpful! He was very patient and help me a lot! Burgers and fries were very good. Unfortunately the hot dog was the low point of our order. It tasted old and the skin was tough as if it had been around for awhile. The chili and cheese was very good but the hot dog still was underwhelming. Maybe we will try something else as there definitely will be a next time!

Great service the food was well done but honestly I just didn't like it.
My family went through the drive through at 7pm on 4/9 and the employee taking drive thru orders wasn't friendly whatsoever and as we got to the window Chasity was anything but helpful, none of our drinks were marked and when she gave us our bags she forget to give us our change!! We had to ask for it!! No apology for the mistake and just blamed it on not having receipt tape. Then when we got back our fries were ice cold and our burgers were incorrect even though the receipt had the specificationson it. It was our first time ever at a Freddy's where we had both terrible service and terrible food.
This is a really great spot for lunchtime. The steakburgers are cooked to perfection and the taste is superb. The shoestring fries are a suprising favorite especially with the jalepeño fry sauce. The chocolate malt was so thick it never melted the whole time I enjoyed it. I never get tired of eating here.
Went through the drive through on a Friday night. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich with a concrete. I was impressed. The burger and chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. The ice cream was phenomenal. Customer service was on point.
If the bathroom doesn’t say it all. Be aware. Not sure why there’s a glove on the floor.Out of many things. They need to clean this nasty restroom. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.Employees were friendly.
