Ordered a burger through the drive through. $6.38 for a single patty burger. Opened it up to find a long hair cooked through the burger. Gross!! Pulled back into the restaurant and went inside. Showed them the hair. Her response at the counter was “ok”. She asked if I wanted another and I told her no - refund me please. Supervisor came over to refund my card. NOT A WORD to me - no apology. Nothing. Just refunded. Guess this is normal practice here. Amazing.
Don’t work here! Had a horrible experience with staff and management so I quit. Went to pick up my last paycheck - I got the 1st one, waited 15 minutes, Supervisor Adrian saw me & ignored me until he had to talk to me, just to tell me they had no paycheck for me & to call tomorrow for the new GM.. had to press for the new GM’s info… (I even signed up for direct deposit :/ after I got hired) … this place needs help and you all tore me apart! I would like my money asap! This is illegal and I know my rights with the better business bureau, this is just another reason and validation of why I left! Owners please respond! Thank you!
First time to visit Freddy's in San Antonio. The burger and hot dog together with the ice cream dessert were all very tasty?
They got my order wrong and restaurant wasn't very clean. Tea was not fresh and no splenda, or napkins. There was soap in restroom but no towels to dry hands. Young man with glasses that helped us, wasn't very experienced at taking orders or very proficient on the register.
OMG! 29 minutes in the drive-thru line just to place my order! A total of 50 minutes to get our food! If my daughter was not sick at home with Covid and wanted Freddy's I would have not stayed in line. And with that being said they got the order wrong! Do not tell me you are contacting the local management team and do not tell me they'd want to hear about my experience because after reading other reviews they obviously do not care to do better!
good burgers n fries! even with adding more toppings to my sundae, it was still mostly custard. I wish they were more generous with toppings, especially when it's 95 cents more per topping.
Worst service ever. I’ve had service at McDonald’s better than what I had today. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Freddy’s is good just avoid this one
This place never actually listens to your order. Why wait toake things fresh if your gonna ignore when someone asks for an item without cheese due to allergies???? 3rd time this month
I have eaten at Freddy's plenty of times and was visiting from out of town so decided to try this one. I hope they were having an off night because nothing was stocked. All the tables were different degrees of dirty. The fries weren't fresh and nothing had the seasoning on it.
Burgers , milkshakes and ice creams are delicious
