I usually order lunch here online/in-app and haven't had an order made incorrectly, be made so late I had to wait when I got there, and if I order asap it's also ready and hot by the time I get there! Kudos for all of that and them packing it well and with extras like napkins, ketchup, etc without having to ask.Perfect quick in and out!
Service is usually pretty well here up until today. They have a policy in place where $100 bills are not accepted. My order was $80 and the manager refused to accept my $100 bill so we go to the store for change. Upon returning with change the manager waved all the $20 bills in here face to “verify” validity. She looked awfully ridiculous. You’d think the restaurant would be equipped with the proper equipment for monetary checks. We are in 2022, right? Also we weren’t given any sauce and our “sweet teas” were unsweet.
Burgers and fries were above average. Where they failed was in our drinks. We ordered a Root Beer Float and a Vanilla Milkshake. What we received was a Frozen concrete block of either custard or ice cream and another block of Frozen cream along with about 6 ounces of Root Beer. The "Vanilla Milkshake" also had a hole in the bottom of the cup. By the time we finished our burgers and fries it had started leaking onto the table. We won't be going back.
Freddy's Frozen Custard was so cute inside! The food was great & the cooks were super nice as well. The girl taking my order wasn't listening because my order was done very wrong and I got charged extra cause she didn't listen. My son asked for a cheeseburger with lettuce and ketchup, she said does he want cheese? Yes. It was already a bad start. Overall I had a great experience. The cook I forgot his name but, he was super sweet! Thank you.P.S the fried pickles were delicious! ?
Food has been delicious. Been here twice once for dine in and other for drive thru. Both times food has been great. Always fresh and tastes great. Definitely coming back.
Fast, great, friendly service!! My boyfriend and I have been coming here a lot recently and each time was a great time! Louis the manager is awesome! Always with a great attitude and friendly Even when busy :)
This location was all kinds of busy, cars at the drive through wrapped around the building and decent line inside, but the staff were on top of things. My order was both prompt and correct, plus Freddy's steakburgers are always delicious. Great job to this crew keeping the hungry people moving!
I love it here also.its great love the burgers they are just so amazing in flavor better than griffs.i just cant afford to eat here all the time but when I can my family and I are all happy after!!! Keep up the good eats!!!
Great place for a fresh cooked steak burger. Burgers are kind of small but they're stacked high and the fries are good the fried pickles are a little thick on the batter. When we where done eating a gentleman came in trying to collect money he was a hustler. I did not appreciate that but it wasn't a big hassle he asked me for some money and asked him if he had collected any he said, "yes some". I told him that is good and then we continued on. We finished dinner and our kids got chocolate shakes and a worm dirt Sunday it was excellent thank you.
On veterans Day I took advantage of the Freddy's offer for any veteran to get a free combo meal. On veterans Day I was given a card that allowed me to use the offer until the end of November. So on the date that I went I got my combo meal. With no problems. And no hassles. And then came home and enjoyed the meal.
