Very friendly greeting with fantastic service overall. Perfect spot for a quick early Saturday date night. Enjoyed 2 perfectly cooked and presented burgers, tater tots that take you back to high school , and the most crispy onion rings in town. Bean and cheese nachos are single layer and made with attention. Pico de Gallo was on point. Atmosphere is cool with flags and posters of movies/TV shows. Only complaint was its a bit dark in some places of the dining room.100% recommend for a delicious burger. Perfect place for live music! ?
Upon first walking in you'll notice the atmosphere is very chill. The entire place is very clean and the service is exceptional. We got the nachos and the bacon burger combo. The burger was fresh and tasted homemade. If you are really hungry I would get the combo because the burger itself doesn't quite fill you up or maybe add an extra patty. My reason for the 4 star is because this place is on the high end cost. Definitely not a place to eat at if saving money.
I'm so glad we decided to try Filé's! The staff was really friendly! The restaurant was extremely clean. The food was awesome, everything was fresh and HOT! If you're looking for a fresh homemade burger this is your place. The onion rings were crispy and had a good flavor. They really won my heart with the cheese tots, they were crispy and oohh so cheesy. My son also loved his chicken nuggets!
Who likes homemade, made to order food? You picked the right place if you're at filés burgers. The burger was fresh . Hot food. The meat was a cross between in- and- out and Wendy's. The fried chicken sandwich was perfect because the coating wasnt over done. Like you know how you go to places and the coating is over done and makes the Sandwhich too big, but here it's just the right amount and the oil is clean. You can tell they take that into consideration when they're frying things. The place is cozy , old school but clean. I recommend.
I will say it was a delicious meal. However for 3$ maybe an extra 7-10 fries would be great.
AMAZING staff! Seriously, they are the friendliest! The food is really really good and reasonably priced! Nice retro cool decor and lots of UTSA stuff too! This place is also impeccably clean and I can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!
The hide-away treasure was great. Burgers were perfectly made , tacos were crispy and onion rings r a must get. And the service was awesome.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The burgee was a quarter lb of deliciousness! I was surprised that it filled me up! The topping were crisp and fresh. The onion rings were hot and tasty. My only gripe is the unsweetened tea comes in a bottle which is ok but a bit inconvenient. Otherwise everything was great! If I am in the area again I definitely will drop by! By the way workers were extremely friendly and helpful!!

This place is legit! Burgers are delicious and juicy! You know you have a good burger when the juices are running down ur hand!
