Evil Olive is a great place to hangout! There's a great selection of beer and the bartenders make so many tasty drinks. Depending on what night you go, there could be live band karaoke, regular karaoke, or live music for your entertainment. The food is delicious! So many choices on what to eat. Also, check to see if they are doing their Sunday Brunch. Very friendly staff to take care of you! See you out there!
The food here was unexpectedly amazing! We didn't come here expecting a sub-par experience or anything, my wife and I simply enjoy finding new places to try. That said, the food here blew our minds! We came in the early afternoon for lunch. They had trivia going on at this time if you are into that kind of thing. We weren't there for that but we did learn that elephants are the only animal with 4 forward facing knees...who knew?? Back to the review... We ordered the chips with queso to start. My wife had the Salisbury steak and I had the So-Tex burger. We also ordered a pair of the Trash Tacos...omg you have to get these! For drinks, my wife had a cherry whiskey sour and I had a smoked old fashion. The burger and steak were very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I have never had a smoked old fashion before but damn it was good and so was my wife's cherry whiskey sour. We didn't look at photos before coming to Evil Olive so we weren't aware it was primarily a bar scene. Nothing wrong with a bar, but upon entering we weren't expecting the level of delicious cuisine upon which we were served. Also, we showed up with our 9-month old, and he was welcomed to the party...although he was asked for his ID ?. Jokes aside, we consider this place a hidden gem and we will definitely be back!
We found a hidden gem in visiting @evilolive_sa yesterday. Had great service, great food and drinks and great value!When I was searching on Yelp for restaurants with fish and chips, Evil Olive was among the ones with mention of fish and chips. We thought to try it. Dad and I shared a plate and my husband had his own plate. For $11.75, you get 4 pieces of fish! Since we ordered the entrée, adding a side salad was an extra $1! Drinks were all $1 off. Our margarita and well vodka drink were so reasonable. The only slight miss was the fried mushrooms. A bit too much batter there but the gravy was good.We enjoyed the outdoor seating. Kelly and Lisa were great servers. We'll surely be back. My husband wants to try their gator sandwich.

Worst customer service felt completely embarrassed, ignored by bartenders and racially discriminated against in the worst way! Patiently waited to be asked what I was drinking when me and a friend of mine came to the bar nothing stood there for several minutes. Kelly should be fired she nasty rude and racist also is watering down the woman drinks and makes all the men drinks strong. One time I came and tested her had a male friend order for me oh what a difference in the drink! I used to tip but after this treatment your lucky I spent a dime in this establishment. Sad thing is this is not my 1st time and we still come back too we really enjoyed coming here for karaoke one bad apple ruins the bunch for me!
Okay, I come here weekly and as expected enjoy the place. Good selection of drinks and beer. On the rare occasions I get food, it's pretty good.

This place seemed amazing but then turned out to be HORRIBLE!!!! From a former server/bartender i can’t believe the horrible service I received.the bartender cut me and my friend off without an explanation. My friend asked why and they threatened to call the cops. She said go ahead and they never did. We were confused because we witnessed the bartenders doing shots behind the bar on the job.. but got mad at customers for it. Not to Mention we tipped over 20% of course because we are ex servers….. tell me why they cut us off…. make it make sense
