Best coffee we've had in San Antonio! More than that, the kindness shared by Francis & Scott was outstanding. We visited 5 espresso coffee shops in town and while many people were very nice Francis and Scott were truly kind. Francis' approach to coffee brewing is an art. Francis is very knowledgeable about coffee varieties and shot pulling parameters. If you want great coffee in San An, this is the place to go! Thank you, Francis & Scott, for the warm hospitality and great cup of coffee. Hope to visit again soon!

Relaxed little coffee shop In a calm area of town. Not many people came and stayed, so it was very calm and easy to do work. I also like the decorations, which are very minimal and not distracting. I also really liked that the entire shop has big windows, allowing for lots of natural light. The drip coffee was not my favorite, but the flavors made a huge difference. The baristas were super friendly and accommodating, and allowed me to try different flavors since I didn’t like some. At the end, I ended up really enjoying the peppermint flavor, which was my fourth cup (including plain black). If it wasn’t for the baristas allowing me to try different flavors and being excited to tell me about them, I would have left thinking the coffee here wasn’t good for my taste. My friend also tried the vanilla latte and that was great too.As per food, they didn’t have the donuts I saw on the pictures (sadly for me haha) but they had banana bread and pop tarts. They also have breakfast tacos, which are vegan, and looked decently large for the price.Overall, another great coffee shop! Friendly staff, coupled with a great minimalist vibe make this place a perfect work from home shop.

Estate is one of the best coffee shops in San Antonio. I’ve sampled several of the local shops and I would frequently drive out of my way to get a cup from them. One of my biggest criteria for me is whether or not the shop roasts their own beans and let me tell you, their roasts are certainly at the top of my list.Their staff is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. They’re definitely worth frequenting.

Stopped into Estate on my way to work and ordered the Honey Lavender latte with oat milk. So so good. Not super sweet, but you could still get the hint of lavender. I also got a slice of zucchini bread which was equally delicious. Can't wait to stop in again!

Delicious coffee! I just wish my server wouldn’t have mixed up my drink order. Though the pour over was delicious, a very small crafted coffee for $5 is a bit too much (would have been helpful to have at least a range of prices posted on the pour overs). But it was still well roasted and poured, and the cookie I also got was great! Also it’s great that the area has something like this shop since it looks like it’s at the beginning of some revitalization efforts.

Love the coffee here. I also treat myself to the spinach and artichoke quiche, its absolutely delicious, homemade real pastry dough. Get one before they sell out!

Excellent coffee. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable about craft coffee—and their equipment is nice!I just wish the seating was more comfortable. I feel like they have so much going for them…if only they had nice seating. But regardless the espresso is great.

Excellent coffee and very friendly service.

This place makes the best Cappuccinos in the area they are simply perfect.

Fantastic oat milk latte! The espresso was perfect and the oat milk balanced it out nicely. The latte art was also done very well. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!
