This place is one of the best here. Ive been several times. The place gets ready busy so please have patience. Yesterday i was able to call in my order i was stuck in traffic trying to get there and it was ready as i got there i was super thankful. The topo chico preparado is one of my favorites. My daughter loves the mangonadas. They corn they have both white and yellow. You can make your cup how you want with whatever toppings. The chili paste on top is my favorite. Thats one thing i look for when getting corn in a cup but this place makes it so good.
Came here with very high expectations and was only disappointed with the corn. We ordered white corn, both in the Cobb and in a cup. The corn was not tender and it was flavorless. The aguas frescas were delicious but can’t say the same about the corn.
Fun and tasty experience. Tons of corn options to choose from. The menu can be a little overwhelming but we survived. We decided to try the elote sampler which comes with 5 small corns of varying flavors.We tried the Traditional, Chipotle, Hot Cheeto, Jalapeño and the Beni.The Beni seemed to be everyone's favorite. I found myself going back for more of the Hot Cheeto than anything else. That being said, they were all delicious. I'll definitely be back, but maybe only 1 flavor next time.The sampler can easily feed 3 normal sized adults. We found ourselves struggling after we finished 3 ?Can't wait to try the "build your own corn" menu items and see what we can create off the menu.
Yum yum yum! Best corn in town! My goodness. Make sure you get there early. This place is poppin’! Adequate parking space. Local is spacious but the foot traffic inside makes it feel small. Great service with friendly faces. Place is clean and hygienic. First time here and I can’t wait to come back and bring my friends.
The aguas frescas were amazing! We also tried the Hot Cheetos Elote and the Jalapeño one as well and they were both really good. The place was busy when we got there but the employees were quick, attentive, and very friendly. Definitely a place to go if you're visiting San Antonio.
Dude this place is 100% awesome! Jesus and the Family who run the business are so nice and friendly. Jesus is a great on social media marketing and is just so awesome! The food has that good old fashioned corn from the Mexican plaza taste. Needless to say they are a one of a kind here in the 210. Thank you all for making it a great experience each and everytime we walk in, they know we always come in bringing new people.
I split a flight of corn with 2 friends and it was more than enough. We were only sure about 3 flavors so let them surprise us with the last two and were not disappointed. Enjoyed all of the flavors of corn. Also tried some Auguas Fresca and a Pepinada, refreshing and delicious!
The owners are super nice and friendly, they make the snacks with so much love. A selection of delicious aguas frescas that are very unique. Their is also a variety of different types of delicious elotes. I will say the elotes are not spicy but that is just my preference. Either way that does not downgrade them from their quality.
Elotitos “For life”!! Yummo!! Great food, drinks.. The guy was really awesome with his recommendations. I had the top flight.. which was like a sampler… Yummo.. the Mexican candy was awesome also!
