Worst place to go to they take so long waited 40 mins for a mangonada the workers do everything so slow like if their job is so miserable they need to have a serious talk with their workers who ever is in charge of this place.
Fruit always taste fresh. Aguas fresas are really good too. Totally recommend the Tostitos preparados. Only thing is that sometimes there is a long wait time due to them being understaffed.

#1. There’s no point in using the app and paying on the app if you end up waiting for your food for an additional 15-30 minutes when arriving. Even with very little amount of customers.#2. Three times I have bought the conchitas or nachos and all three times they have been stale. It’s either not selling fast enough or they buy expired product.#3. Customer service is lacking. Even with three- four employees there is no greeting. No follow up and no courtesy.#4. The employees are always running around like chickens without a head and they mess up orders. Two out of the three times I have gone my order had to be fixed. I am always patient and point it out without making a scene.#5. The head lady manager does not want to be there and does not know how to manage employees on order fulfillment. Two out of the three times I have been there, it’s been her and the employees going back and forth messing up orders with people in line. Running the register, then prepping food. Then back to register with no regards to sanitation. And you can’t blame employee shortage when two employees are focused on a simple two item order and the main lady is working on a big order and cashing out clients.#6. Fix your vent hoods. There’s always smoke from dirty oil coming out of the rear kitchen.#7 will I come back? Yeah maybe. I hate farolito down the street and I still have hope for this place. But come on, when my average order is roughly $30-$50 I expect some decent snacks and customer service. Not a 30-40 minute wait due to bad training or improper management. Don’t reply to me saying you’re short staffed because every time I go there’s less than 3 clients and 3-; employees and they still make mistakes and take 30-40 minutes on small orders.
