Einstein Bros? More like Einstein Ho's. Jk, jokes aside, lady who helped me out came across as rude and condescending, literally prioritized some background conversation her coworkers were having over what I was trying to order. I ordered a chocolate cold brew shake, it was very sweet, so sweet I went home and added a double espresso to it. Aside from that, the bagel was really good. So, two stars.
A bit underwhelmed by the quality control here. Over 13 dollars for a nova lox and you provide it with an unripe tomato slice with the stem included? The muffins at 6.50 should be more than a tiny undercooked ball of dough. Bagels were tasty. I would not recommend anything beyond strictly the bagels and schmear. Everything else seems to be lacking at this particular store.
if I could give 0 stars I will. When ordering this rude old lady with glasses was impolite when taking my order. I understand it was busy but people that ordered way after me were getting there orders first. They missed an item and when spoken up about it this young girl with glasses I told was very impolite when telling her. She gave me the item back very rudely. Honestly, just go to another location it’s not worth coming here at all.
You can never go wrong with Einstein Bros! I love their breakfast options with a black iced americano. Swing by!
I went here and placed my order, found out part of the order wasn't entered. Corrected this and had it entered and paid for it. While paying for it, the manager and two employees were commenting to each other and one pointed at me and they laughed. When I asked for a reciept the cashier was reluctant to give it to me. After waiting for my order I found out that they got my order wrong! Went to have it corrected and was given the missing coffee cake that wasn't warmed even when I asked more than once for the coffee cake and said warmed!People should avoid this place, manager and employees are bad, orders are wrong. Not worth the visit, time, or money!
The pretzel bagel with plain cream cheese and bacon is my favorite. These people are very nice every time we go in.
Food is great. It's the service that's lowering the rating. There's a young female who just doesn't seem to like her job and is rude to the customers or inattentive. Other than that, the place is great; just don't get that worker!
First time going to an Einstein Bros. and it was awesome. The bagel was amazing, warm and toasty. The staff were helpful and very nice. Would like to go again if I'm in the area.
Long drive but worth it, the bagels ar almost as good as Manhattan, excellent customer service. The minute I got home I ate one. I recommend this place highly recommend.
Visited 12/4/2021. Female MOD was rude and unprofessional; my order was incorrect and took forever. Burnt odor upon entry should be a warning not to stay, a half empty cafe of bagels should be a warning not to order, and how dirty was the preparation area should be a warning as well. So disappointed with my recent visit and I am supporting this location for almost 10 years, won’t come back.
