Loved the food, But, the customer service was mmm very unusual. Restaurant was empty and there was only me and my friend. I ordered a burger to go and one for dine in. They messed up my order which was fine because all the burgers are equally delicious. They only give me one of my orders and when I asked about the second one the person behind counter asked me “Are you sure that you don’t have the second burger in your to go bag?” ? He made me check the bag and I showed him that it’s empty. He hesitated to give me the order that I paid for. Finally I got the order and left but he practically called me a lier.Something very strange is going on in that restaurant. They don’t care about their jobs, don’t care about their customers and the place was empty!
I have always loved Earth Burger. I'm vegan, so having a fast easy option in San Marcos is amazing! I'd give them five stars, but I've been disappointed recently. I've been going about once every two weeks to pick up dinner for my partner and I, and the last two times I've gotten the wrong food. After driving all the way home, I never want to drive back to get it fixed. I feel lucky that my partner and I aren't picky eaters and that everything at Earth Burger is delicious, but when you pay for something you want, it sucks to get something else.
I've been going to Earth Burger since they first opened. I love that they're always changing up their menu. I also love coming to eat here with my daughter whether it's just the drive thru or eating inside. They have a great atmosphere and concept especially when I'm on the go. The people that work there are genuinely friendly as well! I am however very surprised that there is not rewards program. If there was, I would go more often.

I love this place! My husband and I are not vegan but we try to have more plant based meals when we eat out because vegan food is easier on our stomachs. When we were in San Antonio last month, I spotted this place as we were driving so we tried it just for fun. My husband had the fish burger and I got myself a kid's meal with a kid's size burger, fries, and lemonade. Everything was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
I came here super excited from Houston with my best friend because she often raves about this place. Upon entering there was a sign that read that the store had received a 100% inspection grade which made me really happy because a lot of fast food places are not very clean. When I walked in I was greeted and nice lady took my order. She gave me cups for the meals if ordered and I went over to the ice machine to fill my cups. As I filled my cup with ice something told me to look into the ice dispenser and what I found was black mold. Pretty disgusting. I opted not to have drinks and just go with the waters I had in my bag. I went over to the table my friend had picked out and I noticed the backs of the chairs were also very dirty with old grease and ketchup stains. Before we ate I took my daughter to the restroom to wash her hands and the bathrooms were also disgusting. There was water all over the floor, hair in the sinks and urine on the toilets. If this is what the front end of this establishment looks like I’m scared to go into the kitchen. Not sure how they received a 100 inspection rating but I definitely won’t be returning.
This has to be one of my favorite fast food places. The food is good and I love that it serves the vegetarian and vegan community. I may be bias but I think they have the best fries
Best fake fish sandwich ever! We love this place. Don't miss it. Highly recommend the shakes as well, their vegan ice cream is delicious.
such an amazing veggie spot and now in such a great location! i drive from austin just for these burgers and chicken sandwiches. wayyyyy better than p. terry’s veggie burger, and it’s drive thru. HOWEVER, they are closed on Saturdays of all days????? WHY
So on a whim, I decided that I wanted to try a veggie burger while passing Earth Burger. My wife and I had been trying to decide where to eat and a burger sounded great, but I didn't want a heavy lunch. We decided to dine in and ordered at the counter. We were promptly helped and they were very helpful with what few questions we had. Honestly, the burger and fries were darn good and everything was hot and fresh. My biggest complaint was they only had Pepsi products and that's just well, bless their hearts. If they were to offer a better drink selection I would have given a 10/10 but sadly Pepsi is bottled sadness so 7/10.
