It’s very uncommon now to have good customer service even with small businesses but the owners of this place always goes above and beyond, you’re not only paying for the quality but also the service that you get. You can immediately tell that they appreciate your business. You earned 2 loyal customers!I tasted my bf’s order of americano and it was so smooth and tasty not bitter like how I would expect. My toffee nut horchata was ? ?Can’t wait for the opening of the shop!! ?
From a genuine coffee lover, this place has great coffee! They were knowledgeable about the beans they were pulling, and the espresso I had was great!Also, the owner was incredibly friendly--and very down to earth. I highly recommend making this your usual stopping point for coffee on your way to work or hang out in the morning.
Early Bird Coffee truly lives up to its name of being voted one of the best coffee spots in San Antonio! Coffee is 11 out of 10 and the customer service is unmatchable. Jamal and Sydni always go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and make you feel like their family. They serve a one of a kind menu and each drink is curated with love. Daniela is a great addition to their team and always greets you with a smile. I’ve never had a less than excellent experience at Early Bird and highly recommend visiting them!!
Excellent customer service, coffee selection, and overall experience! Wife had the horchata colada. Excellent! I had the iced latte. Perfect! My kid had the Pink Flamingo (strawberry refresher). It didn’t make it home either! Overall, everything was excellent. Delicious. Perfect temps. Just wonderful people doing a wonderful job!

Finally got around to trying out Early Bird and was not disappointed! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with drink selections. Love the branding and vibe of this place. Outdoor seating is so cute and nice as well. Definitely recommend!!
Arrived this morning, and the gentleman who helped was so kind. Offered suggestions and listened to my needs of wanting a sugar free and no diary option. He kindly walked out the van and handed me my coffee and asked me to taste and make sure it was to my liking. I love small business for this reason , and the coffee is amazing , and didn’t take me out of my healthy regimen.
This is the first time we had time to see them and we stopped. I got a twisted peppermint horchata and I must say it was great.I never had horchata before and they made it from scratch.The owner is very sociable and brought the coffee to us and asked for feedback since it was our first time.We will come back for sure next time we are in town and you should try it as well.This is a small business and it's one I am very happy that I tried it.
Cutest little mobile coffee truck! Went for the first time and the worker was very nice and helpful. She gave us a sample of their in-house milk that they add to their lattes and it was amazing! The worker even asked us to try our drink and said she’d make a new one if we didn’t like it (very sweet of her).
