Nice place. Super fun live piano from Joe. Amanda had great service. Food was pleasant. Good times for sure. Donuts were life changing!!!!

I want to preface by saying that I am from Kentucky, and this is my first time in Texas. My mom and I visited this pub last night and it was not busy at all. We walked right in and picked our own seats, and our lovely server got to us shortly and took our order. He even went to the kitchen to ask about my mom's gluten sensitivity. While we waited, there was a man playing the piano - one of the main reasons I wanted to come here (I'm a pianist as well). His time quickly ended though, and we waited for the next pianist. In the meantime, our food came and we began eating. Then the other pianist came and began playing. After his first song, he took requests. I wasn't eager to hear anything so I didn't say anything, but he was adamant. So I spoke out "Piano Man" as my request (typical, I know). As he sang, he got the few people in the pub involved and had us sing certain parts. I loved it! I was giddy without even having a drink. All that goes to say that the environment is very personable and lovely towards tourists. As for the food, I thoroughly enjoyed my fish and chips. It was hot, juicy, and crispy. My mom and I both loved how they catered towards her sensitivity and made sure that she was taken care of. Lovely establishment. I may be from Kentucky, but I would definitely return to this pub if I were to return to San Antonio.

Been coming here since 1976 when I turned 18! No more peanuts since covid! Bummer. But still a fun spot to chill on the Riverwalk to sing a long with the piano player or sip a cold beer on the patio and people watch. Good snacks also.

I went in on a weekday evening, the place was was extremely popular and I now see why. The food was great, the drinks were amazing. I started with the "nutty Irishman coffee" and I was great, I would highly recommend. Expect to see live music inside usually preformed on the piano in the center of it all. Both the staff and musical performers keep the atmosphere friendly and entertaining. Don't be surprised if you feel like people you just met an hour ealier feel like people you've known for years. I would highly suggest people in the area go out of their way to come here!

Great place! You will get lost finding it lol. Piano player was one of the best I've seen. He was great and kept me laughing and singing. I read reviews before I came and saw Shepard's pie which I was craving, but when I arrived they had super small menu with nothing that I was craving.

Just stopped by for a cocktail. Had a great Irish coffee and beer. Music inside sounded fun but we sat out in the water. Thanks for the fancy coffee ?

One of my favorite spots on San Antonio's Riverwalk! We had an amazing time here thanks to the talented and charismatic singer that was there during our visit. Great food and service as well. Looking forward to come back!

I write this still sitting at their outside space.I need to start this by talking about their piano man, more like a showman. Entertaining the whole salon, playing very engaging and upbeat songs that makes everybody, regardless of background or origin, sing along with bright, joyful happiness. He is undoubtedly creating an everlasting memory for all here. Now, the pub has everything I could look for:You cannot find a place closer to the river. The ambiance resemblance to what a pub in Ireland is. The draft beer options (yes, Guinness draft as well). The food was delicious - although I couldn't find Shepard's pie- and the attentive service. Everything was on point, and were I living closer to it, I would not need a house most of the time.

Cute inexpensive place to enjoy the river Amanda is awesome!!! Came in on a Sunday, they had a live pianist not too busy so it’s very chill. I had a great experience! Fish and chips are delicious!

Great, fun atmosphere. Had this young man that goes by the name of Gray playing the piano. Had a long Island. Very good! May not interest a young crowd. But very chill place.
