I would like to thank the gentleman, Assistant Manager for the help he provided to his District Manager today on 30 May at about 11:00 am to have his DM call me immediately while I was in a middle of an unfortunate incident at DD on 7272 Culebra. I was fortunate that I had her on speaker phone. I wish I had on speaker phone alot earlier. Thank you so much for your time and reaching out to the other DM to update the the situation. I really appreciate your time and your quick response.

Worst customer service! Waited over 10 minuets with 3 cars ahead of me, then left. Went to Krispy Kreme where they welcomed me !! Screw this location of Duncan DonutsAll of the bad reviews are correct. The good reviews must be the employees
Came here a week ago and did the drive thru. Ordered a double chocolat donut. A Boston creme. And a white icing with sprinkles. Got my order and on the way home, I noticed I had received two double chocolates no Boston creme and a very poorly made white icing. Also no receipt. I knew I should have just drove two miles up the road to Shipleys but oh well. I now know never to go here.
My favorite place every morning and then on my way to work.. thank you so much for those iced coffee ☕..
If you order the grilled cheese, this is what you will receive! So disappointing.
Ordered a dozen donuts, to include 3 Boston cream, 2 vanilla cream and a chocolate cream, not a single donut was filled. Just the little dab on the side to show what it was suppose to be. Totally empty donuts!!What a waste!!
Super ignore They have me waiting for more than 10 minutes and nobody came to help me in the front cashier
No one was anywhere near the counter to take my order. It took at least 5 minutes before I even saw an employee and I had to ask them if they could take my order. They didn’t have hot drinks. The last time I came they didn’t have their frozen coffee. Understaffed or bad service, I’m not sure which one it is. It’s probably both.
This place is awesome, they have everything on the menu. I drive extra just to go to this one, the one close to me never has anything.
