This is the closest Dunkin’ to my house, so I’ve been here maybe five times now. Every time I’ve come, my order has been made wrong, which is really frustrating.I work at a coffee shop, so I know that taking orders can be confusing sometimes, but it feels like the employees aren’t taught how to take orders with any customization. Any time I ask for half-sweetened or any other type of customization they never make it correctly. The employees need to slow down and actually listen to the customer instead of trying to rush us through ordering. I had to come back after driving away because my order was made wrong (even though I asked her to repeat the order at the window for me). The employee argued with me saying that the way I got it was how I ordered it, but the problem was that she didn’t listen to me at the drive through when I was telling her how I wanted it customized.I get making mistakes when the shop is busy, but this literally happens every time I go, busy or not. I hate having to ask to have a drink remade or leaving a bad review, but this is a consistent problem with this shop. It’s a waste of money paying for a coffee that you don’t even want to drink because it’s made wrong.
The experiences ive had with the night shift are HORRIBLE ive drove about 3 times here at night different days and every time i go they say the systems down and there only doing mobile orders and that the mobile order will take 30-40 minutes to go through. then another time i ordered the guy on the speaker when i was telling him my order he got mad cause i guess i had a big order and he smacked his lips into the speaker and had an attitude and said he couldn't put sweet cream foam on my iced coffee when ive BEEN GETTING IT THAT WAY from there so he was basically lying. This place has the worst workers during night shift id give this place a 0 if i could
Trash sss Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Whenever I come late night they say their system is “rebooting” and its gonna be at least 45 minutes but I can place an online order….if the system is rebooting then how the ffff will they know my order is there?If I was the franchise owner I would fire the employees working on 5/8/2022 during overnight shift, or at least the female who answered when we pulled up.
When you ask for light ice and this is what they give you. Don't waste your money buying the medium or large cause all you're literally paying for is the ice.
Ordered Hot Chai Latte and got a matcha hot latte that tasted like seaweeds. I actually went up to the window because the lady couldn't hear on speaker. So... I basically explained my order twice and still got it wrong.
Have enjoyed going here,not so much lately. Never fails but you have employees smoking vapes and tobacco cigarettes right out front. I don't smoke and definitely do not appreciate smelling second hand smoke.
On multiple apps this location messes up an order for my offices. Either a while coffee is missing or it's somebody else's order. The bag is labeled for my delivery so I know it is not the drivers fault.
Visit here at least once a day and look forward to my yummy coffee. For the most part everyone that works here is sweet. Ive had one bad experience but was not enough to make me stay away. They are always open and ready to serve.
Worst Place employee's say they are 24/7. Hardly any donuts for sale shelves were empty. They didn't have any food on their menu for sale and whatever donuts what for sale they were hard has a rock and old nothing fresh. Employees are always rude slamming donuts in the container box and walk up and leave, you don't even know where the employee went. Also the price are way to high these donuts. Save your money and boycott this place.
It was closed. I drove about 12 miles there while my husband was in the ER, and they wouldn't let me go with him because of freakin Covid! Anyway, it was supposed to be open 24hrs and when I arrived the guy said that the register reset itself and was down. I asked how long it would be, and he said 45 minutes! I was so upset. It was cold and raining and I just wanted hot chocolate and some donuts. The worker was so smug and just plain rude about the whole thing.
