Can't say I am a fan. Service was good but nothing about these donuts at the price point was worth it. The chocolate icing had very little flavor and couldn't even taste the Carmel on there. The donut part is more like a cake or pastry and not light and fluffy like a donut. The donut I would give one star, the service I would give 5 stars!

Service was so bad! I felt as if I were a bother. They were fulfilling orders before walk in orders and was told it was going to take 20 mins. The manager was constantly texting on her phone with the same gloves she was using to dip the donuts with. And yes she was the manager! The lattes didn’t taste like lattes, tasted like straight up coffee and when we complained the young man literally argued and said it was suppose to taste like that it’s espresso and that if we wanted something else then he’d have to charge us for it. I’ve had lattes at multiple places including the other duck donut location and trust me they don’t taste like straight coffee. However we asked for a manager and when we told her she replied “okay and” and I asked for a different drink and she went ahead and gave us a different drink which was less than the lattes ordered. We had gone on Valentine’s Day and my sister asked if the donuts came in a heart shaped box as pictured and they said yes, we received our order in a regular box and when we asked they spoke to us as if we were stupid and replied “oh I though you asked if we still Valentine assortments no one has ever asked for that actual box.” Not one of the 3 employees were friendly at all! I’ve been to the other location many times and have never had such poor horrible service. This was my second and last time at this location. My first visit was just as bad and I thought maybe it was just a bad day but now I see it’s just always a bad day for them!
The donuts are good but the service is not. Ordered online, came to pick up 10 minutes after my pickup time and they didn't even start my donuts. The female behind the counter then informed me that she will start working on it. As I watch her prepare my order, she's moving so slow and lackadaisical like she doesn't even care that she is wasting the customers time. Probably going to just skip donuts next time.
We were surprised to find out they make the donuts fresh right in front of you. The workers were so friendly, prices are good and the donuts taste delicious. The kids loved it. This will become a regular spot for us for sure!

We came here for the first time on September 18th shortly after they opened that morning. I was surprised to see they made custom donuts. I waited 10 minutes for my dozen donuts, which was fine because they were all made to order. The very disappointing part was I also ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches with chopped bacon and maple drizzle and that took 30 minutes. About 20 minutes into the wait, I asked why is it taking so long. The girl responded saying "all of our products are frozen and we have to defrost them" If you make these for breakfast why is everything frozen? Shouldn't you have some already defrosted so customers don't have to wait so long? Then I saw others who ordered after me get their sandwich before me. The guy making them was moving very slowly, sitting on a stool staring at the microwave. When I got home and opened the box, I saw they never added the chopped bacon and maple drizzle! Very very disappointing!
Great donuts, sticky floor. The variety of donuts is great at Duck Donuts, went in right after they opened and got my donuts pretty fast. The staff was very friendly and the donuts tasted great. Only negative was the sticky floors, reminded me of going to the movies.
The concept, atmosphere, service, and YES, the donuts (!) are absolutely amazing!! Not to mention the shakes!! #lilpieceofheaven
