My girlfriend and I decided to give this a try for the first time. Luckily, the 18 inch pizza we ordered with cheese sticks was descent in quality, which is why I gave this a two star. Otherwise, the overall experience dining in and customer service by the two female employees needs to be addressed and corrected as soon as possible. To start, the girl at the register seemed to be in a hurry when asking questions of "what next" after every request/question I had. This same register girl also seemed as if she had little time to deal with customers and would rather complete other tasks, you can get this sense by her attitude and demeanor. Next, after waiting well over 20 mins for 1 pizza and cheesesticks, other customers seemed to be getting food before us. I asked for the order to be checked on and they looked at me as if I was a completely new customer who had not been sitting in their dining area the entire time. The second girl doing other tasks other than register turns around, grabs boxes (our order) from atop of the oven, seemingly as if it had been sitting there all along, for who knows how long. But, the girl turns to me and claimed "oh, it just came out". I questioned her and what I saw but she still insisted it just came out. She hands me the order boxed up as if it was a to-go order however, I was asked if it was dine in by the register girl. To this, I asked, "is this how you serve the food for dine-in customers?" she said "yeah especially when it's close to closing time". I check the time, we'd got there an hour and a half at start of the order and had an hour left. So, we still decide to dine-in and sit in an empty dining area and were merely handed two plates (surprisingly). Now, I am not sure how DoubleDave's usually works but, I did not appreciate the treatment by the employee's nor the lack of appreciation of their job, especially when it rubs off onto customer's who have nothing to do with their job satisfaction and overall happiness in being there. We made our dinner the best of it, for a slow night with one TV and a little too many tables for a small seating area but, I'd probably go back but most certainly not to dine in if I don't need to, in order to avoid the poor dining/employee experience. Descent food... better than little ceasers but not by too much, think I'd still prefer Papa Johns.
First time for me and my kids visited DoubleDave’s. At the first bite, we knew it was good. We ordered a cheese pizza because if you can’t do the cheese pizza right, I don’t want to taste the rest. My husband was away from home so he didn’t get a chance to taste it. When I told him about the pizza, he asked what our son thought. I said “oh, he loved it.” To which he replied, “ok, now I really want to try it.”We also had mild wings. The wings are thick and not small; very filling and tasty. My daughter ordered the veggie thin crust pizza to which she said was tasty. I wouldn’t know because I didn’t get to taste it. :D*They deliver within 5 miles of their facility, take out and drive up window.
Very gross inside. They obviously don’t clean very often. Employees have obvious bad hygiene. Just feels nasty inside
Pretty good pizza, but if you order online, expect food to be delayed at least 20-30 minutes after the system tells you it will be ready. Friendly, professional staff.
Went for dine in. Ordered a Medium pizza and breadsticks......we were the ONLY ones in the lobby on a Thursday night at 7 pm. Waited FIFTY minutes for our pizza. Decent pizza.....but definitely NOT WORTH the wait
We only got a couple pizzas here a little while ago. It was expensive and didn't taste all that great. The one in Plano was awesome! Too bad they closed a long time ago. We really miss the buffet.
I’m currently visiting from South Florida and I can legit say in all honesty that your Buffalo chicken pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!! It was just perfect in every way. From the cheese, sauce, heat, it was all amazing! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pizza that is far from ordinary or boring!

Ordered the pizza rolls for the Tuesday special, order was on time but when we got home there was hair in the box, probably last order from DD.
