I had a pleasant and very friendly experience. Nicole made me feel welcomed with her positive and cheerful attitude. 10 out of 10 I would go again.
We ordered two sandwiches and teas. The teas were okay. The sandwiches we received were disgusting. The "grilled chicken" was not it, I'm pretty sure it was canned chicken (possibly tuna) and smelled fishy. The bbq pork was super chewy and tasted off.
Ding tea is a great bubble tea chain, I have been to other locations in other cities and the drinks have always been delicious. BUT! The service of this location is so questionable, I have been to this location 3 times in the span of several months and my drink was made wrong twice, once with the wrong sugar level, the other time with an entirely wrong drink, that after I asked it to be corrected, was once again made with the wrong sugar level, not to mention that the girl had charged me for a more expensive drink and did not refund me the difference. I really don't think it's that hard to listen and make the drink right, especially with the 3-4 people sitting behind the counter doing nothing every single time I was there. Maybe it's because I haven't been there during the busier times, but the place felt very over-staffed for the poor customer service they provide. The only reason I didn't one-star this review is because again, I like this chain, but I would probably not come back to this location again.
As a vietnamese, approve their Vietnamese coffee here✨ Strong flavor, it was good, a little too sweet for me, you can’t adjust the sweetness but overall it was delicious especially with boba ?
Food here is amazing, and they have a drive-through! Their tea options are really good too, great place to get your boba fix. Highly recommend, and look forward to coming back on the regular.
Last night when I went a young girl took mine and my husbands order at the speaker and it took her almost FOUR times for her to repeat back our order right. Then after a good couple minutes once she got it right we drove up to the window to pay. When we got there she seemed very off and didn’t communicate properly. Our drinks were amazing as always, but she had almost no social skills which speaking as someone who used to work in customer service is a pretty required skill to have. I’ve never felt uncomfortable with the employees here until last night with that girl it just made me so unsettled with the way she was looking at both me and my husband I felt I needed to write a review to let the owners of this establishment know.
One of the better bubble tea places I've been to. This one is priced right and has large drinks. (There is only one size, LARGE) the taro slush was really good and my wife got a coffee drink that was really good. Can't remember the name but she really liked it. Not a large place but it's nice inside. Has a drive thru which seemed to go pretty fast. Menu is pretty easy to order from also.IMO it's equivalent to tealicious on taste and definitely better pricing than gongcha. They also have some good options.
I always come to this place for my Vietnamese coffee there’s a young lady with reddish hair & glasses who’s nice. As a business owner myself, I’m very polite and I always leave a tip but when you’re not greeted or a simple hello with weird looks, not even a thank you just nothing but cold silence it ruins the experience. Customer service and industry is number one.
On my visit I tried the Taro Latte and it was delicious. I recommend this place. I didn't tried the sandwiches so I'm not sure how good those are.
The fried egg ban mi sandwich I had today was so tasty! The fried egg was cooked until the edges of the whites were lacey and crispy, and the vegetables and bread were all fresh. I highly recommend it. I also bought a passionfruit tea, which was tasty but a bit too sweet for me. Next time I will try their coffee.
