There is no missing this very bright pink corner building. The staff was very friendly as were the customers. Definitely a place with lots of regulars. They were really busy when we got there but it didn't take long to get our food. They advertised Happy Hour with Jimmy from 5-7. Not sure what's that's about since we got there just after that but might be fun to check it out!

I just love the Cheddar Burger??with homemade fries.Restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly, making sure we had all we need for our perfect meal.Our burgers had toasted buns to perfection, fresh vegetables, that looked beautiful. First time here and welcomed immediately by the friendly cashier taking my order. I loved the crispy underside of the top bun on this burger! The ooey gooey cheddar cheese draped over my bacon & jalapeños wasn't bad either. The homemade fries were crisp and not greasy. Loved that everything tasted juicy and flavorful without being overly greasy. Definitely a great burger joint!
I ordered the chicken burger and it was so tasty. My daughter ordered the Jalapeño burger and it was also tasty. My husband ordered the bacon cheese burger he said it has so much flavor. Great prices at the mom and pop shop. Great customer service and friendly employees wanting to be at work. Just makes us want to come back.
Nice spot. Clean and friendly staff. They even have a bar. Burger was just how I asked for it and very good taste. I definitely will be coming back.
Diana's is a good neighborhood burger joint and worth checking out if in the area.The flattop style burgers are filling, tasty, and well priced. The cheddar cheese burger had a decent amount of cheese and the bun was nicely greased.The woman watching over the dining room was very attentive and made the visit that much more special.The AC and fans were off during our Friday evening visit so it made it uncomfortable . When the fans were turn on, it was better, but still on the warm side.The parking area across the busy Zarzamora street is an unpaved dark lot, so be on high alert.
Went in for first time sat down, waited 8 mins no one to wait on us. Didn’t know if I had to go up there and order or they come to us . Nada! Not that many customers. So they’re weren’t super busy..
Burgers/FOOD are DELICIOUS!!! Margaritas are sooo good! Staff is AWESOME! Love this place!
So amazed at how delicious this place is. If you like Chris Madrid's burgers you'll be SO amazed at how great the food is. The menu is also similar. So proud of Diana and her professional staff for their hard work. Diana is amazing and greets her customers every time. Makes you feel like family. You won't be disappointed.
