Very bad service, I appreciate the people who get up early to do their job, but there are people who only show up for a fee, we need to have psion for what we do and if we don't do it well then look for another profession, I don't like to get angry I'll just look for another place to have breakfast and be treated with the respect I deserve, blessings.

Pretty decent for a Denny's; you know what you're walking in for, and honestly for being in such a large group-atmosphere, it was pleasant to see that the coffee never saw the bottom of a mug, the food looked/smelled/tasted great, and the service was exceptional. Definitely top-quality for expectations!
Just visited 6859 HWY 90 today and waiting at least 30mins for a cheeseburger and a patty melt. My 5yr old seemed to enjoy the patty melt, however, my burger was very crispy and dry. I was already starving when i arrived i could not wait for them to remake a burger so i decided to eat and of course still pay for it because i was just flat out hungry. I told the server to let the chef know the burger was very dry and crispy but i was still billed for it which is fine since i ate it. what got me was as i was paying, the waitress was tapped aside by some guy came to take MY payment. He simply took my payment and that was it so if he was the manager it was pointless for him to take my payment when the waitress could have done the exact same. Don't get the double cheeseburger here for sure. He may have burnt the 1st hence the lengthy wait.
This Denny's is not open 24/7 because in the morning around 2:00Am-5:00 multiple times I have been told they weren't taking orders. The Mexican looking guy who looked to be in his 20s who was working today on Saturday March 12/ 2022 is usually the one that has the door locked. The guy had the lame of excuse of it being due to COVID-19 precautions. Seemed like maybe he thought he was better than me because I was wanting to get food inside during a cold morning. Multiple times I could have just waited in the warm break room from my warehouse job instead of wasting my time going somewhere in which some guy wants to try and humiliate me. Some comments talk about flys, yet he wants to make it seem like I'm too dirty which makes me a threat to their health? Honestly though when the company I work at had an hour long lunch break due to a machine messing up I ordered salmon, rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, Oreo milkshake, and hot tea, and all that food was extremely satisfying. The nice waiter at the time which was probably around 9:00pm-10:30pm was a dark skinned guy whom I left 10$ on the table for. I don't know their names, so I'm describing them logically. I don't ever want to eat Denny's food again!
Greeted friendly, seated promptly, serviced professionally and served quickly! Marcel was an excellent server at our table, was very accurate in every detail of the order when served, continuously checked on us and most of all awesomely friendly! Thanks Marcel for making our breakfast service a great one!
The service was good I ordered lumberjack slam everything came on the plate but No pancakes ate all my plate pancakes came last I had to wait for them until they came out.
So tonight we stopped for a bite at dennys. Around 730 p.m. an elderly lady sat us down took our order. She was frustrated didn't wanna be there. Dec. 25 Xmas day.we left at about 830 or so. 3 people that got seated after us all got there order so we got up and left. I understand it's a holiday but don't take orders if u can't deliver. Thank you but no thank you.
This is the most unreliable dennys in San Antonio. Food comes out as a whole, not when it's ready for one person. Sitting here waiting on flicking pancakes while my wife has completed her plate already. Pancakes are easy to fire and get off the line. Worst experience ever. They brought me eggs and sausage and it's cold still waiting on pancakes.
I took my family to dinner today and the waitress provided us with some distressful service ? ?. First, she dropped a tray of Condiments in front of other customers while eating and she kept on walking and uttering words of dissatisfaction and left everything on the floor for about 5 minutes, while my husband and I continued waiting for a coffee refill. Later she returned with a coffee pot, pulled up a chair and placed the pot on the chair and told me we can serve ourselves and left. I was totally in dismay with her actions and attitude. I felt uncomfortable to ask for other Condiments needed, for I was afraid ? she was going to bite our head off. Just a very distressfull situation. ??? Finally, when we went to pay, she gave me the receipt, turned around and took off towards the back. "What a terrible experience ".
