I don't know if the fella was assistant manager or just the man in charge. The day was hot my head hurt and stomach was on e. Waiting for my friend to come out of his job interview smile as big as the sun. But I couldn't handle the heat no ac at the time. So Dennys was a great choice. Walking threw the door the man comes from a table stating that he was alone on the floor. And the section I was walking towards was closed. And for a window seat he sad pick one. Although a touch over fried due to short handed staff. The fried balls of doughy goodness and tea was welcomed and a new favorite. The service was slow as to be expected. My friend got the job bouncing cross the parking lot. And went to pay the bill. I told him great job tipped him and left.. how much did I tip??? Well enough for a man coming to work and staying cause everyone else decided to just stay home...
We just left the place that from start to finish we weren’t happy with the service. Our server, I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing glasses today 05/08 was very rude. I felt like she doesn’t like working in there at all. We are aware of short staffing since I work in the hospital myself. We don’t mind waiting at all. Food is great but the server needs some in service and more training for some manners. Very disappointed.
Something NEWOMG OOOMMMMG. THIS IS the burger Denny's ever made. Check it out. But, I got mines at Denny's Downtown San Antonio. It's really good and less then 12.00
When we got there ALL the staff was standing around the bar stool area. They shouted for us to seat ourselves. When the waitress did come over she had NO mask on and sounded SICK. We had ordered drinks from someone else but when the sick girl came over we LEFT. Didn't take the drinks or anything. Would not recommend.
Took 30 min to get table and 1 hr to get food. Seems as if they only have one cook for the entire restaurant. The waitress was nice and attentive. Wish they gave a heads up on the hour wait time for food
So the wait staff was a little weary the crowd was a little roaring and the clinking of dishes from the bus boy wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear are we just waited and read some on Greek mythology really enjoyed each other's company and overall the food as well and in the end as I was leaving once I paid the ticket the young lady said to the service who was behind the register and she didn't tip as I'm speaking with my breakfast partner asking if they wanted to contribute to her tip it made me just want to stick my money back in my pocket and I give her anyting because she was so forth giving and forceful with the other young lady on if I left the tip.
I enjoyed my breakfast at this Denny's. The food was great and all of the staff were friendly. All else being great, the restaurant was very cold that morning.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and the coffee was GOOD
Do not waste your time like I did. When entering the building seemed to be pretty slow only 5 tables total. Stood at door only about 2 minutes or so. When we were seated ordered 2 coffees and 2 waters, were only brought 1 coffee that was Luke warm and the cup was gross. Asked for a better cup and told server the coffee was burnt. Noticed that even before I said it he knew it was coming.. was already removing my cup from table. we ordered the Santa Fe skillet and the crape meal, he came back said it was in took 20 minutes for him to come back to the table. I asked for more coffee, he came back without coffee and informed us that our food would be out in 5 as he walked by. About 10 minutes later, comes to the table and tells us there are no crapes, as he tries to give my partner hash browns and bacon says he will discount the meal, or give us pancakes and such. My partner says not just bag the skillet meal bring her her coffee and take that back I really came here for just crapes. The server kept asking if we were sure and we explained that we have already waited 30 minutes can't wait longer have to get back to work. Still no coffee. THEN. The manager comes to the table sits next to me NO MASK and begins to explain that she thought there were crapes but there were not, I argue back saying that's fine but would have been nice to know when the order was placed or went through expo... She just kept blaming this woman had excuses for it being anyone else's fault THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE WE SAT THERE FOR 30-45 MINUTES!!! also the skillet meal gave me food poisoning later that day. I will not be back to this location but corporate will know about the way this woman is running things
my husband LOVES. any Dennys. it was the BEST breakfast I've had in a very long time. super attendant. great personality and attentive.I'll recommend this Denny' 5+ stars
