Went with my family and the staff was just wonderful. They were able to get all of our orders perfect with us being a big family of 8 people. They're new manager, Theresa would even check on us to see if everything was good. Good to see how efficient each staff member is in customer service. Will be going back with the family again knowing well be in good hands.

Had a great experience at this location! I was pleasantly surprised as most Denny’s experiences aren’t great, but the service here was amazing! We had Mellissa as a server and she always made sure we were doing okay, and got our order perfect. Even the general manager I believe his name was Eric was going up to tables to check on them, he did awesome at making sure the guests were enjoying their experience. Will definitely be back!

Food was barely warm. Had my French toast half finished before I received syrup, despite being promised twice it was coming.Napkins didn't arrive until 2/3 of the way into the meal. Our server breezed by helping other tables four times, yet she failed to drop off napkins. Why don't the servers have them in their aprons? I actually started to get up to find them myself when she had them in hand.The toast had no butter. No jelly was offered. The sausage was raw in the middle (see photo).  This is unsafe! Our server only inquired about our meal at the end. At that point, with such lousy service and horrible food, what was the point in engaging?Unfortunately, I failed to check here to see the relevant negative restaurant reviews so we could have decided to go IHOP instead.  It's a few blocks away. *Please, heed this review--find the IHOP!!*

It always hits!! Manager should really make sure the place isn't understaffed though. We came in during a rush and they weren't doing anything while the 4 employees there tried their best to help us. Everyone's always nice and the food is tasty though!

I was pleasantly surprised. Don't be deceived by the parking lot being jam-packed. I thought we were going to have to wait a while but we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and courteous and our waitress kept checking in to see if we needed anything. The food came out in a timely fashion and was good. I ordered the creature own and for the price it came with plenty of food.

Why is CUSTOMER SERVICE SO HARD??? I waited at least 8 minutes before someone came from the kitchen, keep in mind I'm standing right in front of the ladies talking, like if I'm a ghost?? The restaurant IS NOT BUSY AT ALL. I was seated by a new employee ( I don't recall her name) yet very helpful as I can hear and see she is recently hired, hopefully the good that's in her rubs off Great Customer Service as she apologized for bringing out food that was Very Cold, I even took some of food and ask politely can I show how COLD by putting couple pieces in her hand to prove how COLD my food was. To make matters worse Christina "The Manager" didn't had in any interest whatsoever about the situation but to make sure she charges me for fries n drink. Again I Emphasized the restaurant wasn't busy at all, I can count the amount of customers on 1 hand. I hope upper management sees this and do a surprise visit especially for after hours, I'm pretty sure they won't like it.
