We want to recognize our server, Donald C. We took our grandchildren for breakfast on 6/25/22. Donald was on point. He was prompt, had great suggestions, and our grandchildren loved “the mean cup of hot cocoa “. We will definitely be back.
We where seated immediately, but waited an hour food our food. The food was normal Dennys, good and still warm within eating time range (and I have two kids so it takes me a bit to start eating).
Brittany The Waitress Goes Above and Beyond if you happen to go here in the Middle of the Night. Is always packed but she always have a smile on her face, attentive and tries her best. This place needs more personnel big time. Food is good but honestly, at the end of a bad day you do want to be here. Brittany will make your day brighter.
I enjoyed my experience... The Night supervisor was amazing and quick. He truly cared about customers and employees. He is a true definition of leadership and he needs to be rewarded for his job well done. Also please let him know that I think he so fine, his smile and voice was very intriguing.....
Waitresses extremely helpful and nice. Wife tried the one crepe breakfast. Strawberry topping, eggs (your style), hash browns and bacon. Only minor dislike was that bacon wasn't cooked a little more to make it crispy. I tried original grand slam. Pancakes at this location were cooked just right.
WOW! What an awesome waitress here at this location late night! She was the only waitress in the whole restaurant and she did a phenomenal job! It was fairly busy i might add. She had a wonderful personality and was very polite. She never panicked or got overwhelmed, remained calm and never once showed signs of stress. And to top it off, she didn't even write down anyone's orders, she memorized everything including specifics. Our order wasn't very big but it was exactly what we ordered without any mistakes. She needs a raise and should be shown as an example of how to be the best at doing your job. We will definitely be going back as long as she is an employee there.
This is about my 3rd visit here in the last month and the food has been super in the past. But this time they were very understaffed and although the waiter Eric did his best to keep up with everybody there is just no way he could. He and a young lady were hopping all over the place and I believe the manager was in the kitchen but The food was a little off this time. Hopefully corporate will get them the help they need.I'm still giving 4 stars because Erics Professionalism made up for it, especially when he kept his cool and calmly listened to some jerk that was acting stupid. I sure hope Mr. Super important guy wasn't late to his United Nations meeting with the other world leaders and some little country is not now suffering and hopefully nobody's baby got eaten by a dingo because Denny's was slow today.

Slow in the service. May be due to the hour we went. I don't know but the food was good. Oh and so was our waitress.
