Was my first time eating here.. The brisket was moist and had pretty good flavor, creamed corn was great, lots of options, and the food came out decently quick.Prices were about average for BBQ, felt like it was a little on the high side for the plate I ordered, but would come back to try some more items. Had to try it after hearing about it from so many people.
We were recommended to try this place by a friend. So today was the day and it was oh so good! The Brisket and Chicken were done to perfection! Had the Baked Potato Salad, Mac n Cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole as my sides! They were outstanding! Then I took home the Banana Pudding, all I can say it "we will be back" soon! The Staff were Great! And very reasonable priced!
Have been hearing many great things about this restaurant for quite some time now. Also I pass by a lot during the week and smell the BBQ pit smoking the meats. It's fantastic so I decided to stop and give them a try. I'm glad I did. The brisket was awesome. It tasted really good. The sausage was also very delicious. For being lunch time. The place was not that crowded and the time I spent waiting for my order was quite short. The young lady taking orders at the register was also very polite and since it was my first time there she explained a little bit about the choices on the menu. Well, needless to say that it will not be my last time coming to DeeWillies BBQ. If you are ever in this area and want some finger licking food then this is the place. Absolutely delicious, homemade BBQ with excellent sauce, sides, and even Kool-Aid! Try their brisket, sweet potato casserole, and mac and cheese. To top it all off, my wife and I visited for a spontaneous date night and were delighted to get there right in time for a live performance by NCS (New York-Chicago-San Antonio), who sang soul and R&B songs from the 60's, 70's, and 80's!
Some of the best brisket I have ever had. Stopped by here after work one day to get a pound of brisket to snack on with my wife before dinner. Got home and ate the brisket with my wife and we were blown away. It was cooked to perfection. Nice bark on it and VERY tender. Will def be back.
The host that greeted us was very nice and welcoming. She was awesome!! The food on the other hand, wasn't too good to us. Just my opinion, sorry. The mac and cheese and cream corn tasted the same. The texture was so mushy, thick, and creamy, like pudding. Had no differences in the taste. I didn't eat either one after tasting. The ribs & brisket was dry with no seasoning other than the BBQ sauce.The chicken was good tho. The first time and last time there just not what we expected.
We looked up BBQ on the internet and DeeWillies came up. Delious and great service. We even got to sample the BBQ turkey and their sweet potato casserole. Best ever tasted ribs. Been back and ordered the sweet potato casserole and ribs and fabulous brisket. The marbled brisket is the best. Will return again and again until we head back to Minnesota next month.
The food is very delicious, but what I like the most about this place is the cream of corn, it is the best I have tried.
Had dinner, and had a problem with dinner. Problem was brought to their attention and the Management laughed at us. Really, unprofessional of all of them..
