Games are the same but food sucks

Went to this location a couple of weeks ago when my mom went into a coma. My wife and I needed the distraction after a long night and the staff there was very hospitable and accommodating to our random mental breakdowns and crying sessions. Our waitress, though I do not remember her name unfortunately, spent time sharing advice and what happened to her own father to help us get through what was going on. Our bartender in the Game Room, Sam Z., was also amazing and treated us like good friends.

Dave and Buster's is a great place to go hangout with friends or family. If you go on Wednesday, they have a special where all games cost half their price. I love taking a break here with friends and unwind after any kind of long day. Their selection of games are a good mix of arcade, racing, and etc. Definitely for any age group and their food isn't too bad either with their eat and play combo.
It was a real blast. The cost is reasonable the prices are awesome.
Attended a 12th birthday party that ran over $400. They brought all of the burgers and Mac & cheese to the table before everyone was there, so by the time we started eating it, the food was already cold. It took probably 10-15 minutes to get our fountain drinks. Oh, and we still couldn't eat the Mac & cheese because they didn't bring us any silverware or napkins. We had to ask another waiter for silverware. Over all, it's not too bad of a place for a once in a while event, but definitely would not see myself coming back real often at all.
Family friendly atmosphere, and new games! Last couple of times we have visited on a weekend, we noticed it is not crowded at all. Though due to Covid , the menu has been slimmed down a bit. Everything we ordered was very good. The food was hot , tasty , and presentation was great! Wait staff are very friendly and professional. Love the auction items in the front, nice items. Hubby is a sports collector. All in all , def will return to D&B!
This is a very clean facility with a good staff.b The meal was not as delicious as it has been in the past. That is the only area for improvement that I could see. I felt very comfortable and safe in the game room. You can totally tell they spend time keeping the place clean.
We brought put daughter here for her birthday. We waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes to order our food. Then we waited another hour to get our food. They brought my husband's wings out first then an hour later they brought the rest of our food out. My husband's food was cold. The service was horrible, the waiter cane maybe 3 times the whole time we there here. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
