$17.50. the steak came out so cold it had to of been refrigerator, but the server and manager made it absolutely clear I was 100% wrong and that the steak was cooked fresh and put on the salad hot. But would not tell me the secret to the chilling effect by the time it got to the table. Almost magical. They just mentioned it came from the 'cold side'. After being schooled I was wrong they offered to remake it. No thankyou, I get it I must of been imagining the chill and I guess just needed to be put in my place. I'm glad I ordered a adult drink before hand.update: Lowered a star for having to be reminded of how fun this was by filling out a comment card at their request
We took my daughter last night to Dave & Buster’s. We had a blast and the food was great. The margarita was way too strong but that’s okay.The only issue was the clerk in the front sold us tickets to the roller coaster thing but when we got in the back it wasn’t working. A manager had to come and give us a credit which is gonna take 5 days for us to get it back. That’s just not right.Overall it was a lot of fun.
The food was good but despite the "Eat and Play" combo listing the ability to substitute in other meals, even the manager didn't know how to do it. The food was fantastic (kudos to the kitchen staff) but the customer service left much to be desired. For example, my girlfriend walked on the right side of the bar on her way to the bathroom. She was stopped right at the end informing her that due to the potential for slipping, she would have to go on the other side, MAKING HER WALK BACK THROUGH THE HIGHER FALL RISK AREA! I wasn't sure if the staff even understood their lack of reasonable thoughts. Oh well, I would still go back but just be ready for service personnel who lack intelligence or critical thought abilities.
Went To Take My Family Out For A Night Of Fun. This Scan Menu Was Not Good. I Would Rather Have Had A Waiter Or Waitress. Food Was Small Portions For The Price. Also The Tables Next To Us Stayed This Way For Over 30 To 40 Minutes While The Employees Stayed Posted Up At The Bar. The Game Side Of The Building Was Dirty, Discusting Empty Glass Used Napkins Were On Tables On The Floor And On The Games. Not Impressed Kind Of Disappointed For This Was Dave And Busters First Impression On Us.
Love the environment arcades are really fun and worth it. The food is why I give it a four star. Some was good and some of it needed more seasonings.
This was my first time at a Dave and Busters. My boyfriend and I had so much fun playing games and having drinks. Great location in the mall…just be careful shopping after a few…haha
Not impressed. Technology went too far at this location. You scan in, order your food and have to prepay when you order, prior to receiving your food. Had to redo my order since i was receiving an error message when placing the order. No wait staff to help out in the process. Waitresses were more like bussers who delivered the food and cleaned up. No customer service. Ordered drinks at the bar for faster service, at least had a good customer service with the bartender. I used to really like D&B!
Cutlery was dirty, brought more but there was no knife in it, forgot my beer, no condiments on the burger and none brought to the table. No servers you load the app on your phone and place the order yourself! This is totally uncalled for and I will not eat at another one. If they can’t even have any customer service except to bring your food and clean the table (as I had to go and ask for condiments) but then they want 18% tip suggestion .. um for exactly?!?
Bad service waited over 1 hr just to place my food order my buddy I came with didn’t even order any food he was so frustrated with the wait it was my first time at David busters and I won’t be coming back . Maybe u need to have two bartenders then just 1 working all by herself
Not the best service. You have to order everything online. I get it with covid but we never saw a waitress come by and check on us. We ordered a plate online and she came to us later and said how did you order that, we don't have that plate. They didn't want to refund us the difference on the other plate we ordered. The food and drinks were way over priced. Yeah we won't be coming back.
