I ordered through Uber and I spoke with driver directly. He assured me he asked twice if the order was correct and he confirmed with DQ that it was. When he delivered to me it was completely wrong. Had no name no receipt. I called DQ and the supervisor was very rude and refused to help me. I spent 63.00 on food and got nothing because she said that her employee was not wrong and that it was the Uber drivers fault. She refuse to remake order even after i told her I had two young ones who had been waiting 45 mins for their food. The supervisor was very unprofessional and would not let me tell her what had happen with my order . She kept interrupting me and saying there was nothing she could do for us and hung up in me. We love DQ but This DQ needs a new supervisor ASAP!!
9:30pm 4/28/22 burger burnt absolutely an inedible! Missing fries and no Dairy Queen bags. Dinning room has been closed… very pathetic. It’s sad I’ve always gone here close to home never had I ever had a bad experience on top of all that the employees were messing around in the back as I could see form the Drive thru window they were throwing ice around which explains my brunt burger…
Actually zero stars. My son got raw chicken strips, he bit into one thinking it was fatty. But no it was all raw tenders!! So disgusting and unbelievable. My kid better not get sick. We are so angry!
This is my favorite hamburger place. Appears their food is fresher than the other advertised fast food chains. The servers at the windows are always professional, polite, and mature. I try to visit once every two weeks too support the business.
Went by yesterday to pick up a delivery. The guys were nice, working hard and polite. However, the girl working the drive thru was rude. Not to mentioned she speaks to her co-workers in a condescending way. She was working as well, but her treatment of other, even in front of others, was un called for.
Literally the worst place to eat at. My meat on my taco salad was undercooked ? and the kids that work there are always horsing around.
Best service I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. The ladies working here are absolute Rockstars!
Just like it claims, it has good treats and eats. The staff here is young, but the management and culture must be decent because they all present themselves as clean and professional. I've been to this location many times over the years I've lived in the area, and I can honestly say they've been respectful and appear to value a clean work area.
It's the only place these days that you can get a dipped cone and I love that!
Not great, waited a long time to order and even longer to get food. I only ordered a small fry and 2 blizzards. A lot of employees standing around doing nothing. After waiting a long time the blizzards were sitting there in the cooler just waiting to be handed to me... Mint chocolate chip blizzard was not good, not much mint flavor or green color or choc chips like usual.
