Me encanto la hamburguesa

First of all, they were very rude when taking my order. Yeah I know you hate your job, but give me some time. Then I went to order a misty freeze and they rang me up for something totally different even when clarified. After I got the wrong drink, I simply asked to get the right one and they told me it would be a slight up charge. Okay. Whatever. They then gave me the wrong drink again. This time I went in to MAKE SURE I get the right drink by being nice about it and the manager was so rude to me. Regular associate wouldn’t even face me even when I was handling it so well. Manager was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL blaming their employees mistakes on me. I will be not returning. IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD

Despite this location being short staffed and a bit of a delay in getting my food I was fully satisfied. I live near another R&S DQ and service is always bad so took a chance on this location and I was not disappointed. Had a 15 min drive home and food was still good. Ordered a hunger buster meal, tacos, chicken strips, and a hot dog and it was all well made! Hats off to the employees holding it down.

2nd time to this location, ordered banana split.Very, Very light on toppings. But, felt! Guess it was an error because they are busy. So, I left it alone.Today, I returned and I mentioned to the window cashier. That I didn’t see toppings on the ice cream but very light choc. & strawberry. Where’s the pineapple. He claimed that he saw my split getting prepared and assured me it had pineapple.Guess what!? No pineapple, hardly any other topping. But a smear of it like 1/2 a teaspoon ea. or less. Soo, I paid almost $5. For vanilla ice cream and a medium to small banana.I don’t recommend,

This dairy queen always has a long line even though they are fully staffed inside - those folks are working hard, this place is just that popular even after decades. It's better to go inside if you see a long drive through.Either way, I will wait in line for the banana splits - they are one of the few places that still have them and makes them right. They are nostalgic and delicious. Their blizzards are awesome as well. They sell plenty of burger options and they are good too - I just come for their desserts 90% of the time.As popular as this place is, I wish the owners would revamp the interior more. It looks dated in places inside.

This place doesn't provide sauce for chicken tenders. The owners have the nerve to change extra for sauce. Ice cream is good but for food would recommend going somewhere else that isn't looking to nickel and dime you

Unfortunately poor rating comes not from bad food, but from lack of dine-in option and EXTREMELY SLOW drive-thru service. I'm sure they're short staffed and need help, but 30 minutes in line is a bit much. There were 4 cars ahead of us, and that'sthat one drove off in frustration. But hey, we wanted Blizzards and had already make trek there, so...?‍♂️ hopefully things get better!

So, normally I go to the Bandera Rd location. I decided to try out the Culebra Rd one. The service was quick. The order was right. Cars were coming in and going out quickly. This store definitely has their stuff together. It definitely beats waiting over 30 plus minutes in line for freaking ice cream. I'm willing to make the longer drive for better food and service. Keep up the good work everyone at the store??.

Ok... A little waiting in the drive thru...Order came out right ?... Can't beat the Flavors... Not over Priced.. we enjoyed our ice ? cream ?..Good job DQ...

Hamburger was cold and meat was super thin. Also cashier spoke at a 100 miles per hour with a mask on making it very hard to understand what she was saying.
