The wurst case scenario was truly spectacular! Plus delicious cocktails, and excellent happy hour!!!
Love. Love. Love. WHERE DO WE START?! The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. All of the staff was friendly, attentive and clean. We completely enjoyed Cured. We ordered five different drinks and all were a perfect beginning to our meal. We ordered the Cured breakfast (biscuits were out of this world), chicken & donuts (the jalapeno syrup was so delicious, the donut was the best ever and the chicken was perfect! ), heritage hog poutine (again...yum, yum, yum!) and a couple burgers & fries which were amazing on their own. This will be a stop everytime we Remain Over Night in San Antonio!!
Our server, Ben, was must enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about every facet of the menu. His recommendations were spot on for everyone in our party.
Waiter was super respective and knowledgeable of the menu. Great mix between the European charcuterie and the American South food styles all while listening to great jazz. 10/10
Late Fatherâs Day with my dad. Was an amazing fired chicken dinner with the family. Dan our server was great!
I donât know what happened to this restaurant. The quality for the price doesnât make sense. I paid 140 for a burger with just cheese and cheese board that was 55 dollars with barely anything impressive in it. Just disappointed.
It was a wonderful dinner! Food was excellent. Our waiter, Mark, was delightful and attentive. Wonderful service and beautiful ambiance. I am a repeat Cured customer and happy to be one.
We had a wonderful happy hour dinner for our daughterâs birthday. The food and service were impeccable. Each ham, sausage, and pate had its own unique flavor and the accompaniments were delicious.
For a restaurant centered around charcuterie, itâs quite amazing
Server was wonderful. She accomodated our wish to have drinks and charcuterie before ordering. She was helpful with wine menu and offered to change out wines we did not like. Menu is very limited compared to what I remember. Grilled oysters were mostly cracker crumbs and maybe an oyster in there somewhere. Charcuterie plate comes with large serving of heavy bread - would have preferred thinner bread slices or crackers so as not to completely overwhelm meats and pates.
