No wait time. Friendly staff. Open until midnight. Good price. Cookies are still fresh. The cookies are huge and very sweet. Make sure you have something to drink.
Crumbl Cookies on Bandera Road has the worst service I have experienced in a long time.I saw that the store looked crowded, so I placed an order in the app and indicated I was "here." I had to park a few rows away from the store because all the curbside spots were full.I saw the order queue decrease in the app until it indicated my order was ready. I also got a text. I went inside the store and did not feel comfortable because most of the employees and customers did not have on masks.I told them I had been notified that my order was ready, but they said it would be a few minutes. Everyone in the store at that time arrived well after I placed my online order.I waited 20 minutes while they filled orders for people who arrived after me. I had a hard time getting an employee's attention and when I did, they just looked at me.I explained the situation and told them I didn't want to wait any more. They just looked at me again and went on to fill 2 more orders. There was no place to cancel my order in the app and I would have just left, except these cookies were really overpriced.When they finally handed me my box, there was no apology for the wait. And, the worst part is that the cookies weren't even that good.
Cookies are good (should be for the price), but they are NEVER ready for me when I come to pickup. I literally place the order at 9am for pickup at 2:50, and at 3:10, I am still waiting. The staff is rude, what are they all in high school? I expect better when it comes to service at $35/a dozen.
Love how they change the menu weekly. The cookies are big and delicious. Once you try them you’ll want to keep eating them.
Ordered cookies for my 11yr birthday surprise and she loved them. Chocolate chip, cornbread and chip ahoy. These are amazing. Can’t wait to try more
I have gone to this place 2 times already!!!! They are the best cookies around!! They come out with new flavors each week so it's not boring!!!! It's very open so you can watch the baking and frosting process. 10/10 am going again.From right to left flavors are:1.Rasberry Lemonade2.Oatmeal featuring Rolo3.Chocolate Cake4.Cinnomon Fry Cake
Had the best service despite coming in 7 mins before closing!Shout out to the cashier who offered the ruby chocolate chip, glad to see businesses still offering amazing service. :)
Ordered today for the first time, the cookies were amazing!! We're stuck in quarantine and my daughter ordered them as a treat to cheer us up❤️ they were so soft and warm. One of the best cookies we've had.
Stopped by the new location at Vance Jackson and 1604. Staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. Great atmosphere everyone was smiling. That being said. The product is AMAZING. Cookies are off the chart good. The young lady who checked me out recommended the raspberry cheesecake ice cream to go with my cookies and wow was she right.
