Typical Crapper Barrel, ok food and poor service. Came here for breakfast on May 30th. The table we were to sit at had food crumbs on the table and all over the chairs.I asked the waitress for some paper towels so I could wipe everything off. After standing around waiting forever, she finally came back and wiped everything down. She eventually took our order. The food was ok, nothing special, never is, no surprise. After giving us our food she disappeared. We saw her help another employee clean a table and socialize with him. Too bad she never came back to see how everything was or if we needed drink refills. We had empty cups and glasses for a long time. When she finally came back, I asked for more coffee and the check. After yet another long wait she brought more weak coffee. I took one sip and we got up and left. The servers name on the receipt is Ariana.

Every time I go to a Cracker Barrel the experience is great! (3-4X I've visited)I love their corn bread, their customer service is good. The food comes out nice and warm, it looks appetizing, the place is kept clean and it's very roomy inside. The prices are pretty decent and I would go again because the price is right for the value of the meal. The kitchen is quick in delivering even with a packed house. I enjoy going there to eat.

Great food and great service

This is the go-to restaurant that my wife and I continue to enjoy the past two years. Never had a bad experience here, both dine-in and to-go. Food is always tasty, make sure you get all the fixings and some fried apples! I love that they have daily specials!! We tend to enjoy the specials at the end of the week… Fish fry Friday’s, Pork Chop Saturdays, Pot Roast Sundays!! We love you, Cracker Barrell!!

I haven'tbeen to Cracker Barrel since 1998. I was joining the Military and the Army had set us up with a 3am wake up call followed by a buffet breakfast. It was amazing then and 24 years later it was amazing now. Beat the weekend rush by showing up before 8am. Service was wonderful and the country boy breakfast with Sirloin was superb. It was my wife's first time and trust me. She is selective. Her 1st time experience was great.

Coming to Cracker Barrel on Mother’s Day, you can expect two things: a line out the door and a smile on every employee’s face.Nico served my family and I and, even though he was busy, you could tell he wanted every single one of his tables to have the best experience. He remembered all of our drinks and was so nice. Definitely going to ask for him again. The retail employees (I believe their names were Walter, Cecelia, and RC) were kind and full of laughter and joy.10/10 service and it made my Mom’s night. Thank y’all.

Good service and good food

Service was horrible ten minutes before anyone came over and table who sat down twenty minutes after us got drinks and food before us and when I inquired about this Our server responded with “ How should I know” and told my Family that she refused to serve us anymore and when she passed us told my wife what are looking at? Management didn’t do anything We walked out. Completely stunned at this experience. Cracker Barrel has lost our Business

Like every other weekend you can expect to be delayed when waiting for a table with a big family, our hostess advised us it would be 45-60 min or Less her words. Took about 2 hours to be seated and other parties being seated before us that we’re we’re bigger parties. We had 7 adults with 3 kids. The Hostess called a party of 8 and that party ended up having 12 You can see my frustration and why I’m upset. The party came up and when they saw the size of the party the hostess said oh we’ll figure it out. So why couldn’t they figure out our party???? After waiting the 45-60 min we went up to the host and asked what’s going or how much longer … she said we only have one table ready and since we were a big party they had to seat us separately two tables… the manager came and spoke to us. I just want to say he has the worst customer service very poor management. I just want the manager to understand that when that party of 8 came and they had 12 he should have told them they need to wait since their party wasn’t 8. As a customer seeing that, that would have made a better customer experience for the people that have been waiting. As the manager he should have apologized instead saying it’ll be another 30 min to an hour. Again this is me just frustrated I understand it’s always a wait and we get our time frame but this was over two overs we came for breakfast and had lunch instead.

As we waited for our food we were told we had to eat our biscuits on napkins because they had no more small plates. Which I didn’t complain. I understood they had a lot of people .However, when our food came out it seemed like the cook was being very careless on how he was cooking and preparing plates. My daughters meat patties were not completely cooked and still red. While my fries were small ,thin and crispy with maybe one or two big fries looked like they were left overs from someone else’s plate . Although I’m sure they were not but definitely think the cook could have done a better job.
