Nice staff, good environment and great breakfast
Satisfying down to a T. The steak was divine, wholesome, mouth watering, and oh so delicious! Couldn't stop eating even after everything was packed into a to-go box. The casserole, French toast, biscuits/gravy, broccoli....(etc.) The list goes on!! DIVINE!! Shoutout to our waitress, Nikki! She is definitely the go to person for a great dining experience. She was so sweet and amazing at her job, I definitely loved her company! She needs a raise! Definitely 10 out of 10. Can't wait to convince someone to join me on the next trip to Cracker Barrel!!

Our server was amazing! The food was great. Estimated 45 min wait but was about 35 min. Its worth the wait and that was because it was literally lunchtime so of course there would be a bit of a wait. Highly recommend! Kudos to the server who served me and my husband on table 14. ?
I came here with my husband who really wanted some southern comfort food. He really enjoyed it but as a vegan I found there were not many options for me to eat. Our waiter knew the ingredients of all the items so I was able to ask him if there was butter or cheese in certain dishes and he helped me find stuff to eat despite the place being incredibly busy and a Saturday morning! I got plain hash browns (not the casserole as it has cheese and butter), fried apples and a side of multi grain toast (no butter, I asked for jam instead). Pretty tasty but I'd suggest not coming here if you're very hungry as there aren't that many vegan options to eat.
Outstanding food and services.Very clean in dinning area and BATHROOMS. PERSONNEL very careful of sanitation. Take out meals are carefully prepared in great containers. CORN BREAD and biscuits are FRESHLY GIVEN. Not dry and hard. Moist and freshly given.My order was charged incorrect and the MANAGER was quick to correct the overcharges on my order. Great customer service.

So so experience, for 3 people they bring 2 pieces of bred, so what are we supposed to fight over that bread? Pancakes are just amazing like always. Guy on front door told us 40 min wait ti.e, and then to people after us he would say 15 to 10 min wait time. So I don't know what he had against me
I desired to place a to go order online and pay using a gift card. After calling, being transferred to place an order, having to hang up after no answer, and calling back again, I was able to place my order and pay onsite since their national website is not accepting gift cards.After placing my order, I arrive to curbside pickup but am having to get out to pay inside. Once I enter, I was helped by the sweetest lady. Since I was picking my order up about 10 mins after the wait time, I asked if the ice cream that came with my dessert could be replaced if it was frozen. I was then told by her colleague that the ice cream (that comes with the dessert) is an extra charge for to go orders. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website nor was it mentioned when I called in to order. They only reason I knew was because I made mention of it myself.I let it go and pay the extra charge for a scoop of ice cream that should already be included with my dessert.I walk over to the restaurant section to received my ice cream and then leave with my order that securely tied with a sticker on top. I drive home only to find out that my order is missing the gravy on chicken fried chicken and 1 of my 3 sides is also missing.I call the manager and he asks if I will being coming back to pick it up. (I ordered to go because I was busy and did not have time to dine.) I had to ask if this issue would be rectified and his remedy was to provide me with 1 side and 1 side of gravy upon my next purchase. No apology for the inconvenience and came across as if me expecting some type of accommodation beyond gravy and 1 side was far fetched.Customer service can make or break the reputation of an establishment, and for me, solidified why I do not eat at this restaurant.
