I came here for the first time a week ago and had a delicious sandwich and wild berry tea. I bought a cinnamon roll for later which was okay.After having such a good experience, I thought the muffins and coffee would be great. They weren’t. I ordered a blueberry muffin, iced vanilla oatmilk latte and bacon today on my birthday and it was horrible. The coffee was like watered down coffee but with milk and the muffin tasted like run of the mill you get at a hotel.This experience was not a good one, and I probably won’t be back. $12 for bacon, because the rest was thrown out.
Large order placed on Father’s Day for my dad and his coworkers, who are caring for critically ill patients in the ICU and could not be home with their families to celebrate Father’s Day. Sandwiches ordered barely had any meat and had very small portions. The food quality and serving size did not justify the outrageous prices. First time here and had a terrible experience. Was hoping my dad could enjoy a good meal from a nice place while he’s working.
Had their power grain salad with chicken and it was really good. The portion of chicken was laughable, but the server asked if I wanted more cause that was very small and I said yes. She came with a whole cup of chopped chicken and my salad was then huge. I was going to give a 4 start rating because of the portion, but the server and staff more than made up for it.The coffee is also pretty great. Both Europe’s and Hazelnut blends were very smooth and flavorful.Overall, good spot for casual brunch or breakfast.
My mom spit the food out. What does that tell you!!!!Wow this place was very very disgusting.Who wants stale bread, they charge for coffee but the coffee machine is down. So they charge you for items you don't receive.The deserts are. days old..they aren't fresh.The soups are canned soups , not fresh...they have a ton of sodium...Don't do it...stay away from Corner Bakery..tastes like corner store food.... ?
I was not pleased with my order, Shrimp Scampi Linguine was tasteless and cold, it only had 3 pieces of shrimp.Chicken Pomodori Sandwiches were cold and only had 2 pieces of chicken in one of them, loaded potato soup was cold and nasty. This will be my first and last time ordering from this place.
Nice coffee shop with a variety of good options from baked goods to soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, and an ample drink menu. It can get a little crowded but the service is good and friendly. There's outdoor seating as well as indoor. Breakfast menu includes eggs, bowls and pancakes.
Absolutely terrible! My friend and I went in to this Corner Bakery wanting to enjoy some great food after traveling. We ordered our food and went to look for a table, we noticed all the tables were dirty so we asked politely if we could have a booth cleaned and an employee by the name Zoe/Zoey responded with “there’s other tables you can sit at…” with unnecessary attitude even when we offered to clean the booth ourselves. We had to clean the table with hand sanitizer and napkins. The manager then came over to bring our food, we told her about what happened and how the employees attitude was bad and she completely dismissed us and took her side saying we cussed at her and she has the right to refuse service. She then said we were bad customers and walked away. All of this unnecessary animosity over us just wanting to eat at a clean table. It’s very clear that all the employees just cover up for each other instead of resolving simple issues. Would not recommend this location to anyone ever, go to another location where they can actually execute good customer service.
Very busy place, great service! Too bad some people don’t appreciate the workers in this industry and feel it’s their obligation to call an employee the B word! ? Totally uncalled for that customers want to act like a POS! Let’s get back to normal people! Or accept this is the new normal. These employees are working hard! It’s a busy place the food is good, move on or leave if your not satisfied!!!! The manager handled herself well! Professional. I would not have… JS. PS my food was sooo good I didn’t get a pic ?
Restaurant was super dirty. We recieved our food and quickly realized our sandwiches were missing half of the ingredients. The staffed looked bothered when we asked for a replacement. Once we got our correct meal the food was good. However, the experience was not very pleasant.
First of all this SA location off 281 at Maltsberger beats the Round Rock hwy 620 @ IH35 location by a landslide. The indoor and outdoor dining is much more spacious for starters. But the main difference is the food preparation for same items. The SA location has an experienced Chef that chops, assembles and cooks everything to perfection, including the presentation on the plate. I should have taken photos as it was beautifully plated.2 plates: 1. scrambled eggs with bacon and pancakes 2. Anaheim breakfast with oatmeal and no upcharge for raisins and walnuts on top.
