An ice cream shop is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. After an employee stuck his ungloved finger in my waffle cone after touching the cash register then another experience with a terrible rude employee rushing my family out before I could pay for my final order, I just want my tip back. Don't go here.
Waiting in line about 10-15 minutes to be told they were out of milk all day. Therefore, no milkshakes. Never thought to post sign, run out to HEB, call owner... Manager has no authority to do anything to solve problem.
This is a 1 star review of the point of sale used by this location. I was asked if I would like to leave a tip on a $27 tab and I responded, “Sure, 10%”. The young lady then manually keyed in a tip of $4.25, effectively charging my card for an unauthorized amount. Your point of sale should allow the customer to key their own tip amount so that this doesn’t happen.

Great selection of ice cream and many other items! The rocky road caramel apple is delicious. The team here are nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dessert spot!

Got a mango pineapple smoothie. Was disappointed with it, Intel my stomach started gurgling. About 15-20 minutes after drinking it, projectile vomitting on my drive home. Had to stop 2 times to throw up. Hadn't eaten anything for multiple hours earlier, and the smoothie is all that came up, so I know it was that.
I order them 3 days a go that is 06/14/2021 rectangular cake for my party today is 06/17/2021.Me n my wife went to give in person order we explain 30 minutes every thing smooth she writes down each n every thing. Now i go to pick up cake rite now is round shape and not as I order that is unexpected.I m really unhappy.I wish karma goes to ownership thank you for 3rd class service of stone cold creamy la cantera pkway sanantonio.
