Food came out quick, order was accurate, food was hot, fresh and crispy. Spicy chicken had good flavor. Employees were friendly and worked with me when they didnt have enough spicy chicken to fill a full order..Was a good experience, better than some of the other locations Ive been to.
The food was very. My chicke sandwich was delicious the only thing that was horrible was the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for my sandwich. This happened yesterday on Sunday May 15th. I drove thru the drive thru because I thought it would be quicker instead there was a truck in front of me that didn't know what they wanted then the employees inside told them if they could wait for a few minutes well those few minutes turned into 10 minutes then 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes then the guy inside said can I take your order. The drive thru is so small and narrow that I wanted to just leave but I didn't have a choice. I couldn't go in reverse and I couldn't go forward either it was horrible. When it got to my turn to order i knew what I wanted so I ordered it quickly and was only able to move up a couple of inches. Then at the window the guy didn't open the window and tell me my total instead he was just holding on to the window where you lock it and unlock it for almost a minute them he opens it and tells me my total i gave him my credit card then he gave it back and I still waited another minute before I got my sandwich. The food is good but the service is slow as heck. I will not go there again. Sorry the food was good but I don't know why it took so long
This was the church's on 410 and vance Jackson . Fish sandwich was the worst dry sandwich ever. I won't be going here again.
GARBAGE ?️! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Food is not fresh & they don't know anything about quality service. After attempting to serve me with less than adequate food the cashier not only refused to remake my order but also refused to refund my money. The female was overly argumentive, aggressive, disrespectful, & unprofessional. Police were called and before they arrived they managed to return my money. I payed with a CC but was refunded in cash. First and LAST time to this location. RIDICULOUS!!!
The best Church's in SA. Employees are very polite and this location always has chicken. Food on point everytime I've been.
There's no better place to feed your family on a budget. Churches has been 1 of my favorite chicken since I was a kid.
I told the manager thank you and he didn't even say you're welcome. Bad customer service. Plus the chicken had so much batter on it and the chicken was cold. I keep trying to give Church's a try but let's face it they're not good as they use to be so I believe that is my last time visiting any of them wasting my money ?
Worst place to buy chicken .Manager had attitude.French were burns.Last time I ever go there .Manager needs people skills he needs too learn read you look at the menu board eight times before you got the order right.Next time I’m going to Bill Millers better quality of food and it’s not burnt
The Church's is conjoined to a Shell Station. If your in the Shell Station buying beer you will smell the chicken. It's not fair They even have a passage way that allows you to travel back and forth.
Ive honestly never been talked down to while at a restaurant. While ordering the guy was telling me to "hold on while i set up the order first!" And "excuse me but do you see anything on the menu that says 8 piece? No its only 5 or 10 peice!" Then telling me i cant order a certain way even literally any other Church's will allow you to order a 2 piece with plain white meat instead of the dark. Sorry but yes you can. Its at a higher charge but you actually CAN order that way. It felt like i was inconveniencing him by having walked in to order anything. And being told that some things weren't even in stock and saying some items weren't available despite being in the window. Should have honeslty just left then and there but I chose to remain civil and just took what ever he decided my family and I should have been grateful he granted us in the box.. Don't go here unless you enjoy being treated like absolute garbage and a bother. Id stick with the Church's on West Ave. At least there they are chill and more than happy to take your order and even say please and thank you..
