On 6/5 we had our wedding ceremony on Chunky's patio. The burgers were tasty, the staff was through the roof helpful. My sister brought cupcakes and the staff put them in the cooler until needed. I've never met a friendlier staff. They provided the dj who did a great job on quick need for ceremony until closing.
Been a few times. This time was no different. Food is great, service is fast and friendly.. we sat outside and enjoyed the weather. They have connect four, checkers, and Jenga outside to play around with. Outside bay as well. And if your up to the challenge they have a hot burger challenge! I'll definitely be back and invite you to check them out.
I love Chunky's Burgers!! The taste of a the burger stands on it's own and what I mean is that it certainly can't be compared to any I've had which I call original. I've had the regular Cheese Burger, Bacon Burger, and my personal favorite, the Bean Burger. Been coming to Chunky's for over 10yrs because of the consistency of the food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.I highly recommend Chunky's for you next great burger experience.
I had the Island Burger and it was great! The onion rings were amazing and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Ate there Sunday Eve and the hamburger was cold. No fries as they had ran out!! So ordered onion rings which were cold too. How hard is it to serve hot food? (Been twice before and had enjoyed the food so took family today and all of us were disappointed. ?)
1st time. Took my daughter after softball tryouts… and both of really enjoyed it!Excellent taste, and very generous portions.Staff was excellent and showed a lot of pride in food and service. Just topped the Burger joints list. And there’s more than burgers!!
Chunky's has great tasting burgers, fries and Onion rings. A nice little menu of brewskis as well. They have a lunch special for the day . The location is laid back and clean. Nice place for a solo date, with your love one or hang out with a group. The outside patio seating has an outdoor TV. I had the special of the day. Patty Melt on Texas bread with Onion rings and shiner bock. It hit the spot.It's on Callaghan between Ingram and Bandera. It's a mello place with delicious food. They even have a kids menu. Prices are in the medium range.. Give it a shot and Enjoy. Bon Appetit!!!

This is a great little spot. My sis in law told the cook we were from Dallas and that he would take care of us.... no lie! Burgers, bone in wings, fries, tots with chili n cheesewere very delicious! We will be back next time! Thanks cook!!
