I love their new system of paying for blocks of time instead of individual tokens. Very easy to play the games and run around with my toddler. Lots of good game options at this location!
We had my grandson's birthday here. The birthday host took care of having the table set up, ordering the food and serving it. This included cutting and serving the birthdaycake we brought. The children loved the gift bags provided and the time they got to spend with Chuckie Cheese. The host packed up all the presents and leftover pizza and sent us home with the balloons. Easiest party ever and enjoyed by both the children and their parents. We will be back for another birthday party in the future.
I have always had my children’s parties there for over the last six years. Just recently they have changed their pricing to only accommodate the two higher priced party packages. Now the starting prices are $25 per child which is the cost of a large pizza itself. They stated the original party package of $14 is now only available at 10am. The reason behind the change is they have been extremely busy and I guess decided to capitalize on higher pricing. Sad we are ending our party tradition this year. I find it ridiculous to pay $25/child for two slices of pizza and the equivalent of a dollar tree gift bag. Thanks but no thanks.Update: here everyone please enjoy this Error code on me.
My three boys had an awesome experience at this location. The pizza and wings were delicious and well cooked. They seemed to be a little understaffed and one of their staff members named Diego was doing an outstanding job of multitasking and filling multiple roles to keep everyone’s experience great! Not everyone takes initiative like that, so my hats off to you Diego; great job! All games seemed to be working great with no issues!
Had a great time! The reloadable cards are perfect! They even store their winning tickets so they can get their prizes!!
We love having birthday parties for our children here. Staff is great. The kids love it. Only downside is the cost. But who says you have to a full blown party. Pizza and games for the kids a la carte is one of the best values for a fun family outing. Tip: go online for coupons.
The price increase is ridiculous! $10 for the salad bar! I wasn't told you could only pause the game cards once. So my daughter paused her when she went to the restroom and then couldn't pause it again to eat. This would have been nice to know. $150 for 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks, salad bar and 3 60min play cards. Won't be back.
We are new to this area and wanted to try this Chuck E. Cheese. Come here for my sons birthday. Very disappointed. None of the games were working. They didn’t tell us that before we paid $150 for everything. They were out of almost everything. Pizza took forever. Salad bar was warm. Not somewhere to celebrate. We will not be back
I was actual quite impressed. They've definitely improved since the last time I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese. I had always avoided because of memories of pretty bad pizza, but I must say they've definitely improved their pizza and it was pretty good. I did think the cost of the Salad Bar was pretty high though, I may have been mistaken but it looked to be $10 and I will admit I did not purchase so I can't speak to if it was worth it and also did not see what was included so someone please let me know. I do also have to mention how impressed I am with their child safety, they marked each child and group with the same marking to make sure the kids left with the correct adults. I've never seen that and must Applaud their extra steps.
Never know what to expect when visiting the Chuck. Surprisingly, the place was clean and the pizza was not terrible. That's all the good I can muster. The games were working but the reward values were so low that between 2 adults and two 8-year-old kids each with 1.5 hours of unlimited play we were only able to collectively total 1,300 tickets. That gets you 2 small lego size Minifigure characters and 2 fun-sized airhead candies. The bonus values were 50 and 100 tockets. On the same games at Dave and Busters, the bonuses are 1,000 and 5,000. The grand total for 4 player cards and 2 pizzas with drinks was over $200. The kids had fun until they got their lego figure and candy. 3 stars or Food and Cleanliness, minus 1 for the theft. That Rat owes me money.
