Brought my 4 year old for her birthday I ordered a cake and it took 30 minutes to get and it was frozen and they didn't bother to mention there were no decorations aka edible sheets available. It was so frozen I forced my candle in it. Then they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for another cake. Got my money back. Chuck E came out to dance with kids and was not even motivated to move. Very sad that a place for kids is not very welcoming. Staff was very serious and not too friendly.

Plenty of issues. This is our third year having my subs birthday party. Most employees I dealt with seemed to not like dealing with people. We were there about 6 hours and spend over $500 (which was expected). Nice family place, with games for everyone. Food is usually good there too. If only the staff was a friendly.
While my children had a ton of fun the cashier doesn't listen very well. My MIL ordered a stuff crust pizza and we didn't get it, but we were only charged for traditional just a listening problem. Also most camera activities were out of film
Went there for my grandsons birthday and was very disappointed. The prices were high. We paid 400 dollars for 4 pizzas, 8 drinks, 2 salads and tokens. The pizza was bland. They turned the fountain drink machine off before closing time. The machines did not give out tickets so no prizes for the kiddos. Oh and when Chuck E Cheese came out showed no enthusiasm with children. Also the tvs which had the chuck e band playing had no sound. Never going back there!
28 years ago I took my 2 year old son to the Military location. The staff there were very friendly, happy and greeted my son with a Birthday balloon. We had a wonderful time there. So we decided to take my Sons daughter who turned 2 , we wanted to keep the tradition going for the next generation. Me and my granddaughter were very excited when we walked up the entrance, once we walked in there was 1 lady who was working, she was behind the counter taking care of 2 girls with their order. We waited to get our wrist stamped and I told the lady it was my granddaughters Birthday and our her first time there, She said Nothing, not one word. I blew it off, so we went to the counter to order and the same lady the only one working at the front didn't seem like she wanted to be there, she seemed miserable being there. We stayed until my granddaughter finished all the credits we had on the card I bought. I know shes only 2 and she doesn't know much about what to expect from this place. But I wanted my granddaughter to have the same experience my Son " Her Father" had when we took him when he was 2.Would I ever go there again? No.Would I Recommend this place to anyone I know? No.Do I have anything positive to say about this place? No.What I can say is, I didn't let this experience ruin the rest of our day with our Granddaughter, we had a Wonderful day.
Everything is always broken or breaks. They won’t do anything to make it better. The managers are worthless. The food is disappointing. They have a girl in the kitchen with her hair down while she is making the wings. ?
Kids had fun but the service was poor. No real smile or greeting when entering. The food was overpriced. And when I asked cashier for any suggestion on what I should do or get for the kids I got nothing. When asked if they do anything for birthdays kids they said in a I can care less attitude " only if you reserve" the cooks or busboy idk what they were but they failed to refill the ice. They didn't fail to tell us the machine was out of ice but not before getting in front of my kids to serve themselves drinks before my kids could. Which I felt that 1 of the 4 attendants should have atleast went to get more ice. But hey they were all thirsty at the same time. What's a mama to do right?.Also just a suggestion. But since the food is over priced the salad bar should be free. But no that was an extra 13 dollars and for a single person not the family. Also if you are gonna have Mr Chuck E Cheese come dance with the kids maybe get someone with a little more enthusiasm. Not someone who looks like he wants to jump off a bridge. He looked so depressed. I get it your in a hot probably smelly mouse costume. But remember it's for the kids, not you.

My granddaughter loved it, me personally I like the fact that they stamp everyone, and make sure kids are leaving with the person that they came with. I feel safe knowing that..
